My experience overall was pretty good and smooth. I really like the user interface for their website, which allowed me to see other vehicles the same or similar to mine to help with deciding what style and size I preferred for my truck. Since I had no prior experience with shopping for custom truck wheels, this ability from their gallery and videos was key Im my decision to do business with them. The delivery was fairly quick and the process overall was good. There were a few hiccups, but C/O handled them quick and professionally which I appreciated. There were a few aspects of the process that could use tweaking to streamline the customer service issues and response times, but it wasnt bad enough for me to go elsewhere. Key take away from purchase overall: Research and look thoroughly before ordering, I wouldnt recommend the beads (had mine removed due to ride) in tires and just use weights, make sure everything it top notch when you receive the delivery, make sure everything is mounted and balance correctly if you bought a wheel/tire package, make sure your order arrives flawless, address any/all issues asap and as recommended with C/O for best result. Remember this is a company handling high volumes and mistakes will happen whether its their fault or a vendors vault. As a customer you will always get more with Sweet than Sour (momma always said) and its true. If you have QUESTIONS ask!! I’ve been browsing through custom offsets items and news for a while now, I’ve saved and have made my dream come true with the truck and setup that I’ve wanted. Everything looks fantastic, everything went super well and easy from order start to finish. I ordered my tires and wheels at the same time, they came mounted and balance, perfect condition, nothing wrong with them and the process from order to receiving them I wanna say was about a week and a half- 2 weeks, coming from across the country. Was absolutely stunned how fast they got here. Then I ordered my lift, initial 4.5 inch, but then decided to do the 6” lift so custom offsets put up with my indecisiveness with a nice and fast manner and within a week maybe a little less from order I received my lift. I installed my lift and wheels and it’s a dream come true, exactly what I wanted. All thanks to custom offsets it finally happened! So thank you to all of the custom offsets team for making this happen with ease and urgency, especially since ya truck lovers can’t handle the suspense of waiting 👍👍 the only problem I had with anything, was that the rough country lift kit instructions got a little unclear as I went through from start to finish, the reason of that is because I don’t know if the bags the hardware came in are mislabeled or not but either instructions where not clear or I was missing a couple bags, so always make sure to go through the inspection list like I did. I still managed to somehow have everything and some little extras for some reason, I followed instructions very thoroughly and with common sense as well. Also the break line brackets did not work for some reason, nothing would align or be too extremely tight, so I did not use the 2 front break line upper brackets. Other than that and the million sailor words coming out of my mouth during my whole weekend of installation, this whole process was fun, exciting and very enjoyable, thanks again to custom offsets and rough country for super fast delivery and great customer service. Will definitely be coming here for my other truck upgrades 👍
Wheels and tires were delivered in 7 days. They came on a pallet and got delivered right to my driveway. Nothing was damaged during shipping and everything I ordered came in one shipment. The only issue I have with them is, they said I would be contacted by a human from customer service to go over my order before it shipped and that never happened.
I initially gave a 3 star review for some issues with my wheel and tire package. There was one valve stem that was cracked and was leaking to the point of having to air up everyday. The second issue was with the fitment. I had to grind my front calipers down slightly( essentially removed the seam left from the casting of them) to compensate for the glue on wheel weights on the I’d of the wheel. After this modification and the valve stem replacement the wheels are spinning with no issues. My man Jake called me and after a brief discussion of the issues I had him and custom offset wheels made it right! I will bump the review up to 5 stars!
Very happy with my order from custom offsets. Picking out the right wheel and tire package was very easy and financing through affirm made payment even easier. Was able to get the exact wheel and tire setup I wanted for my truck and it looks great! The shipping was a little slower than estimated but I’m not upset as it was shipped freight. They shipped to a local freight company in my town to be delivered to my house but I chose to just pick them up from their dock. There were quite a few custom offsets orders on their dock so I don’t blame CO for maybe waiting a little longer to ship more orders at once. Everything was packaged extremely well and plenty of protection from damages.
I shopped around on different sites and locally and I could not find place that had as many options and at such prices. The buying process was really easy too, they did a good job of explaining why you will need this additional hardware.The pictures of the various trucks and Jeeps made it really easy to see how a set or an offset looked on a truck similar to what I have.

I absolutely love my rims and tires from custom offset. I got some rbp rims and nitto gapplers and they are awesome. The shipping time was awful unfortunately but they do try to get your rims out quickly. The only thing that keeps me from leaving a 5 star review is one rim had its lug holes machined out after the wheel was coated but the others werent and one rim did have chips on the coating. Others than that Im pretty satisfied with these guys. Very helpful and amazing selection.
This was the first aftermarket rim and tire purchase I’ve ever made. My sales rep, Jake, made the process simple from beginning to end. Every step of the way he kept me informed of the status of my order. When I initially placed the order these tires were on back order, but this wasn’t a big deal because they had just what I wanted. I waited two months, but boy were those two months well worth it when I saw my truck with this set up. I would without a doubt recommend Custom Offsets for your tire and rim set up, they are completely worth talking to if you’re in the market for an upgrade. Now every time I get out of my truck I turn around to look at it one more time as I walk away (not to mention the endless compliments). I ordered spike lug nuts with my wheels and tires combo, and the box they came in broke and were loose and scratched the inside of my wheel in a couple spots. Great product for a great price. Shipping information could be better. I never received tracking information and I thought I would be notified before delivery since it was a freight delivery but the truck just showed up one day. Luckily someone was at the location at the time to receive delivery. Otherwise it was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this company to others for purchasing wheels and tires

Very difficult to find the bolt pattern and offset for my truck wheels. Custom Offsets made it easy. I had some issues with the manufacturer weather or not the wheels were in stock but Anthony who gave me the quote called the manufacturer while I was on the line, and assured me they have the wheels.Order details were posted online and the date I received the wheels was better than expected. Delivery was perfect. Two center caps were defective and replaced in a few days. I would use and recommend Custom Offsets in the future.

The tires on the old 97 powerstroke we’re almost at the end of its life so I decided it was due time for a new set. I’ll tell you right now, I couldn’t be more stoked with my purchase! It was my first time buying wheels and tires for my truck and the process of choosing and buying them was so simple. Weve bought 3 sets of rims from custom offsets without any issues, saving up for just one more set... update:Just received some rims and tires for our jeep, they look great and ride and are balanced well, i hope the stick-on wheel weights stay on, the part i did Not care for was the free shipping, even though the shipping was free, the trucking company wanted to charge me $30. to take the tires off the truck, because they said they would have to use the tail gate lift, so $30 or no delivery, so much for free shipping, and of course the delivery time was when i was at work. Luckily my son was home and went up on the truck and took them off, saved money that should not have been spent anyway.

Amazing customer service! Not only did they have the best price and a great website, their service is top-notch. I wish all companies were so professional, easy to talk to, organized and willing to help as the team at Custom Offsets. A few days after I placed my order I realized that I ordered wheels that wouldnt work for my truck. I called and they were able to fix the mistake quickly and without hassle. They even called the manufacturer and one of their shippers to confirm info for me. I was expecting to hear no or that there would be a restocking fee, but thankfully none of that. In fact, the change I made netted a $30 refund. So I took the refund, doubled it and bought one of their hoodies that donates to the Warrior Built Foundation as a way of showing my appreciation for their effort to fix my mistake. I will definitely be working with Custom Offsets in the future.

First set of American Force I got delivered had one wheel that was drilled incorrectly causing a bad wobble on tire machine. Custom Offsets was quick to get the issue resolved and getting me a new wheel from American Force. Very helpful and good customer service
I personally did not order my wheels and tires from Custom Offsets, but the gentleman I bought the tires off of however, did. Well his son did, turned out that dad didnt like them because he is more if an old school fella. So that being said I was able to capitalize on them a little cheaper.I bought them brand spanking new, never been mounted with the stickers still on the tires. Custom Offsets took the stress out of buying wheels and tires. I didnt understand a lot of detail about wheels and tires until I found Custom Offsets on YouTube. Their videos explain in detail everything I didnt know about offsets and proper fitment. They explained which lift was right for my truck. Then it was time to make the call. I couldnt have felt anymore confident that I found the best source for my wheels and tires. The whole process was very simple. They talked me out of what I didnt need and helped me add what I needed. I loved the video on what to expect when your shipment arrives. Great experience, great company!
Process of purchasing went fairly smooth and customer service was good for the most part. Time to complete the order was a bit longer than expected. My recommendation to the company is to offer hub centric rings so the center bore of the new rims will align with the stock hub. I had excessive vibration still until I purchased my centering rings elsewhere. Just be nice to buy everything in one place. Otherwise very happy with my product and look of vehicle.
So i have been surfing the net, and shopping at local places looking for rims and tires. Made lots of calls, spent lots of time on my phone, mostly looking for each separately at different places. A buddy from work gave me Custom Offets name, and I’m glad he did! One call and an email came through with a bunch of different rims to choose from that would fit my truck.Called back talked tires to go with rims and WamBam all done! Great service so far, now to wait patiently to open boxes. Mounted and balanced!
I purchased some tires and wheels from custom offsets clear back in July. Upon receiving the tires and wheels I put them on my jeep and the first time ouch even hitting 35 miles an hour my jeep was shaking all over the place. I continued on and went down to my tire shop that I use locally they explained that it was probably a balancing issue. They balanced my tires and found that they were so far out of balance they weren’t even able to bring them into balance. One tire just to experiment she put over 40 ounces on and still couldn’t even get it close. They sent me a sheet stating that they balanced these tires and the guy at the tire shop says he has no clue how they came upon these numbers. After haggling with these guys I’ve absolutely got nowhere for basically my tires that are clearly out of round and are basically no good. The tire shop manager even showed me on the balancing machine how they were out around and the way it was shaking at 35 miles an hour he said he would become even dangerous at highway speed‘s for me and others on the road. When I contacted customer service they said they wanted a letter from the tire shop which I provided them which absolutely got me nowhere. Since then I’ve had to put my old tires back on my jeep and now I had to retain a lawyer that’s getting ready to send them out a demand letter for a refund or simply we are going to take them to court. Before making a mistake I did you may want to look at other options to deviate from spend an $1800 for a set of wheels and tires that basically have egg shape tires .

The Radar Renegade R/T is a very aggressive looking tire that complements my Ion Alloy 174 perfectly. I went with same diameter of wheel as my stock which is 16”, went a little wider from 7.5 to 10 and with an offset of -38mm it gave my Colorado that heavy aggressive look Ive been longing for. Very pleased with my order from Custom Offsets and I didnt have to wait a long time to get my order in. I will definitely be ordering more upgrades from here in the near future. Purchased some wheels and tires for my Audi Aaron at sales was very helpful and able to find me the correct bore size of the specific wheel I wanted.
