My entire experience with AAMCO was amazing to the say the least! Everyone that helped me, especially Ismael, was incredibly kind and clear with communication and procedure. I left my car for transmission repair on Friday and the job was complete by Wednesday of the following week. My car runs perfectly again and I seriously could not thank them enough for their great work. Thank you AAMCO! I’ll surely return for any future service.

This place is amazing! first the service is just amazing and super professional. Roger was just professional and super honest with my car. I already knew the issue with my transmission but i needed a second opinion to make sure Im correct. Ive seen other mechanics and of course they want to rip you a new one without even seeing the problem. Well Thanks to my wife advising me of an AAMCO in Hialeah were i never knew it was even their. So I called and talked to Roger and I told him the issue with my car. He let me know hell need to see it and also run the computer to see the issue which would take a couple of days. 2 days later i get the call and he spotted the issue and advised what needed to be done. Always polite, always notified me on everything going on with my car also what was being done to it, and advised once the car was complete. Got to love the FINANCING OPTIONS they have. Please make sure to visit or call them. Got my car back and Im happy with the work they done with my 2014 Impala.

The tech that assisted me, Ismael was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I will be definitely be returning here for anything else i need done with my vehicle. And will be recommending to family and friends. Great job guys, its hard to find honest mechanics in Miami.

LiARS and THIEVES. Dont take your car there!! I took my 2003 impala to Roger at AAMCO last week..it was slipping gears and shifting hard..when Roger called me to give me the diagnosis he explained that my transmission was burnt and needed to be replaced..he gave me a $3300 option, $2200 option and an $1800 option for a new or rebuilt transmission..I told him no thank u my car was too old to spend that kind of $$..I paid him a $125 diagnostic fee and took back my car..I took my car to LAKES auto center for unrelated repairs and the tech noticed my transmission fluid was low 3 quarts..he added the fluid at no charge and now my transmission works perfect..I mean PERFECT..I felt Roger and AAMCo of hialeah tried to take advantage of me big time..I usually dont write bad reviews when Im unhappy with a service but this one took the cake!!!

AMCO was extremely professional and direct to the point. After 2 frustrated experiences with CarMax service and the Planet Dodge Dealership in Doral I’m glad I found AMCO. Roger, Ismael, you guys were great and have now a customer for life!!!THANK YOU!!!!

The service here was incredible! I came here for a simple air conditioning problem I had with my 2012 Honda Civic. The customer service was great as well, very well mannered and nice young man helped me out as to see what the problem was. Very much recommend their service and it was very easy to find the shop only a quick google search and was the first recommendation. Great experience overall keep up the good work!!

Mechanical and technical information was explained thoroughly, with great recommendations concerning the best and most successful practices. I would highly recommend this shop without reservation. Worst service in miami

I thought roger and the guys were awesome, very attentive and friendly. On top of that, I asked them to do the transmission service on my explorer and they said it wasnt necessary as it was not yet time to service it! I would give them 5 stars just for being honest, but they were also great in every other aspect.

Perhaps the worst recommendation I’ve ever received in my life. I do not understand how companies like this continue to operate. I went to this body shop referred by a mechanic and I talk to Roger the owner the most despotic person and thief in this town I wont recommend any body to visit their place.

Had my Mustangs Trans done here about a year ago and it went smooth as butter and now recently had to have it serviced again, Hansel and team did a great job getting my car back up and running and even waived fees for me. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Great place to take your car they give good prices do awesome work and the best thing is they get you out quick . Hanzel was very helpful updated me on my car and was very nice If I ever need any work done to my car I’m taking it to this shop .

Roger explained what all the codes meant, I can say good enough things about these guys. It is difficult enough finding a good auto mechanic, but I like the communication, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with work needed. I will not try to explain what was done to my car, but I went in thinking I needed a new transmission and it turned out to be a $274 repair.Definitely recommend

My transmission was fixed 30 days ago and my car is running great. I would highly recommend these guys. Very dependable and very good service. Communicated with me every step of my repairs needed.

My transmission was repaired at AAMCO OF HIALEAH, after researching different shops and getting random prices, this shop asked me to bring the car in for a diagnosis so they could give me an accurate estimate. This make a whole lot of sense to me because how could you possibly know what is wrong or how much is it going to cost without looking at or diagnosing the car. Well the diagnosis was free they treat me like a king the transmission turn out a little more expensive that I though or had in mind, however after listening to the explanation of the why the difference in money, it made perfect sense to me. I got a warranty of 1 year or 24,000 miles that was unbeatable and 30 days after getting my transmission rebuilt by them am so happy that I made the right decision, for whatever is worth THANKS GUYS .

In South Florida its very hard to find honesty in a car repair shop. Most of them focus on getting the most money from their customers without caring about the repercussions. Here its quite differently. Ive been coming to this shop for 6 plus years whenever Ive had the slightest of issue/question with my vehicles. Ive always gotten a honest answer and the problem/questions has always been resolved. Roger and the rest of his guys do a great job. As long as I live in Miami they will always have me as a customer.

Last year I brought my car for a problem with the transmission, I was very worry how it could go, I had unpleasant experiences in car repairs, but it could not be better my car runs perfectly, it was diagnosed and repair for what was really wrong with a professional diagnose and at the right price, a couple of days ago I brought my car for a check up, I had some problems starting my car and I received the same excellent service, they put the car in the computer and search carefully to find exactly what was wrong.I am impress with the professionalism, dedication and honesty, they were going to a mechanics seminar, to keep the staff up to date, no wonder the service is excellent.

I have a 2006 vw beetle, brought it in for transmission problem ..valve body.done same week, warranty, nice service,no BS,Roger or Pedro will take care of you !

On August 5th, I took my 2004 KIA Sedona to the KIA dealer at Doral because the engine was not working properly, after several days, the service manager calls me and tells me that they have to do a tune up for around $1200.00 but, could not guaranty that this would correct the problem. August 8th, I went to AAMCO HIALEAH recommended by my brother who has his truck, car and Harley serviced there, and a review as well.I arrived and was greeted by Roger and his brother who are the technicians and run/own the place. Roger quoted me 800-900 worse case scenario, and said if we dot fix it there is no charge. I agreed and left.On Sat August 9th, Roger called me and told me the car was fixed and my bill was $560.00. I appreciate the honesty, he could have simply charged me what we agreed upon and I would have been just as happy. Of course Im glad the bill was cheaper. Also save for me all the old parts and explained what they do (I still dont understand).I have since referred two neghbors, both have happily become customers of AAMCO HIALEAH. (we are 30+ miles away).I will recommend to all my friends. It is good to deal with honest reliable people.Just visited again to have my Air Conditioning Repaired. Again, great service, great people.Brakes done today and oil change, still very happy with service and people.

I was totally shocked when they told me that they wouldn’t take a company’s check. A person by the name of Hansel, was very sarcastic and told me that they were selective when accepting checks. I was surprised since I run a one million dollar company.

The worst recommendation I have ever received in my life. I still dont understand how businesses like these continue to operate. I went to this transmission workshop referred by a mechanic and spoke with Roger the owner, the most despotic and careless in this city. I will never recommend anyone to visit this place. The education and with the respect that I treat myself is unique, I give myself the clean Hummer x outside and x inside.Thank you very much Roger and the whole team that worked to solve the serious problem in the Hummer.
