Taking the time to thank Christian for being our advisor yesterday. He was very attentive to our needs and helped solve my issue which was the air conditioning condenser had a leak and was covered under warranty. I had to leave the car, but it was no problem as I was able to get it back that afternoon.
I got my car at Miami lakes on October 2019 and ever since than Ive had trouble with my car, first off I had to replace my battery 3 months into me getting my car, my check engine light was also on. Fast forward to me getting my car service they forgot to screw in my pads underneath my car once they were done servicing it and had me leave with pad scraping the floor. They also tried to take advantage of me and told me that my first service would cost me 600 bucks. They are only trying to make money and they dont care about servicing the right way. Now after 21months, I have to get another battery. If you are looking to purchase a car go somewhere else like aventura Honda or even Rick case. This place is a scam. And that dont care about the customer.
The service here just gets worse and worse, I waited today for an oil change, having a 7:15 appt I left there at 10 am, ridiculous. Then I was told they did not have the wipers for my car and if they order them the car has to be there to get them placed, who ever heard of such nonsense. I feel really sorry for the director of the service area because with employees who dont care about the service they give, wont ever make his job any easier.
Unfortunately, I cannot say this was my best experience, which is disappointing because the last time was quite pleasant. The basics of customer service were all missing from the start. But the lack of communication was the thing that set me off the most. I was told Id get a call within the hour for the diagnostic and two hours later I had to call myself only to be told my agent would call in 30 min after his lunch. 45 min later (3 hours after drop off) he finally calls me only to be told they werent finished diagnosing yet. After 4 hours I was finally called and given a list of questionable items to repair. The main thing I needed was absurdly high and will be checking elsewhere for a more competitive price. To top everything off my agent didnt even try to wear a mask the entire time I was with him. He wasnt the only one either which is funny considering all the fuss the dealership makes about caring for the safety and free sanitizing of the car. Seems mute if one doesnt follow the basics but whatever. I honestly cannot say Id be returning. I have a Honda dealership near me and drove out of my way because of the good service I received last time. This experience ruined it.
The best experience Ive ever had at a dealer. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of professional care and kindness. The Assistent Service Manager Azhar Koliwala took the time to listen and take the details of the problem presented by my vehicle and showed me where the problem was which they solved with their mechanic. I have to make it clear that the car previously took it to another Dealer in 3 occasions and never took the time to detect the noise in the engine it presented. I was completely astonished and impressed by the service he provided me. You wont regret doing business with them. Highly recommended * * * * *

To be perfectly honest I had a very hectic day at this service center. I had bought a CPO car from the dealership that had a faulty AC compressor. Getting this diagnosed and fixed took 3 different visits and living far away meant I was stuck waiting and essentially spent 2 vacation days and a Saturday morning getting this issue resolved. Furthermore, there was miscommunications about how long this could take which had left me stranded without a car at the service center. Though a very poor experience in terms of time there were 2 employees that miraculously turned this situation around despite my frustration.Benji, the service director, was very reassuring and certainly cared about my predicament. He helped get me a loaner car though they were sparse.Furthermore, Azhar, my service manager went above and beyond to fix this annoying situation and was willing to accommodate my hectic schedule to get me my car back late after hours, mind you he worked a 12 hour shift prior. He literally offered to deliver my car to me (over 20 miles away) after an extremely stressful shift as he could sense I was dissatisfied and dealing with an extremely stressful day as well. This level of customer service is some of the most exceptional I have ever experienced in my lifetime and I must say that I was truly shocked that people with this level of responsibility and respect still exist. Though I was very frustrated and would have probably given this a 1 star review, the level of commitment to customer service that Azhar had truly humbled me. I did not take him up on this offer, but the customer satisfaction mindset he has is truly unique. For this reason alone I would recommend autonation service center to any honda owner I know.

Even though recently gave good report I have to disagree -- VERY DISAPPOINTED-- service was promised part arrives next day didnt come -- the following day neither -- had to go in person to complain-- got mgr involved finally had to request AGAIN part -- the EXCUSE was the part next day delivery only come from Georgia otherwise wait 3 days -- if you provide this servc before 2pm should be from ANY distribution center -- called 3 times on hold around 14 min --👎👎👎👎👎
I bought a 2016 Mazda Miata from this dealership. when I got home my wife lost her mind and due to ongoing marital problems and me buying this car behind her back. Thisput her over the edge and led to our possible divorce and her informing me that I had to move out of the house by the end of the month. I contacted the dealership and told them my situation. I had the car 5 days and I was about 80 miles over the limit for when you can return the car. My sales rep Juan and the other staff were very understanding and helpful. They allowed me to return the car with no questions asked and quite possibly saved my marriage. I would highly recommend using them. The buying experience with smooth with no issues. When the dust settles I will definitely return to buy a car from them.

My experience for 4 years is excellent. When buying our new car, the business was just as we agreed, and there was no surprise. Then in each maintenance for the duration of the guarantee, each service was very satisfactory and only the fair payment was paid. From way one in Service Department, Miss María Mutti attended us, with great professionalism, ethics and courtesy. I would not change the vehicle brand or dealership. I highly recommend the Auto Nation Honda in Miami Lakes.
I went in for an oil change and had to pay 303 extra dollars because the master technician did not know how to do his job correctly. After receiving my vehicle back it was in worse condition. I came in for an oil change, left with a check engine light and a recommendation to purchase $800 dollars worth of parts i did NOT need. The problem was a loose battery terminal. I ended up using a HDS (Honda Diagnostic System) at a different dealership and discovered there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. The 303 dollars I was obligated to spend because they wouldnt change my oil other wise. Was promised to be reimbursed to me. However, a month later nothing in the mail or my bank account. I called a week ago to the Service Director Sam Lamas. I was told me it would take a week to get me a check in my name, and i could pick it up. 1 week has elapsed, I called to get more information, and they say he would call me back. 2 hours later i call and they inform me he decided to leave early, with no call back. Dont take you vehicle here. THIS IS NOT a trust worthy service department.

I would avoid this place. Took my 2014 Honda Odyssey in for a fuel pump replacement. I had extended warranty that covered the repair. But the service advisor Ernesto Armargos tried to double charge me even though the extended warranty was covering the cost.
Avoid this hole, i bought a Honda here in 03 back when it was Maronee and i came here for all the time for all the service. I can say that theyve lied and swindled me in the last few times ive gone. Charged me in up to $800 for repairs and oil change. Never changed the oil, never changed the timing belt and mean while they bent me over. Id wear a nice dress before taking your car to this place; after all why not look pretty while youre being F*****

My experience was good, I received some explanations during the purchase of the car. I am wearing the civic for its scheduled maintenance and have been pleased.
Much delay, I have come 2 times and for routine maintenance 2 and up to 3 hours.
Steven was the person with whom my date was a program. The experience would have been MORE PLEASANT if Steven had taken 1 min of his busy schedule to go where I was sitting and introduce himself. Especially after another associate pointed to me and said Steven; its her. Steven what he did was in front of me keep walking. You would also have appreciated the fact that after my car was ready from the car wash they would let me know instead of me having to ask if the car was ready. Steven needs to improve BIG TIME his CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Very bad service after waiting so long and having support they did not check the empty radiator water tank and they did not change the oil filter x I marked it and it is the same in the end I had to go elsewhere to get the service .Many thanks I hope not to go anymore I do not recommend it

The attention of that place is horrible, the lack of seriousness of its officials to sell a car, reluctantly attends to you and worse when they have already sold it to you because I had to call to see about the tiredness of some additional insurance that was put on me and nobody has Given a solution, the financier does not answer and divert the calls and the manager does not give me a solution either so I do not recommend this place at all there are many more places where they will receive better service and do not let them add appearance or flat tire insurance to get more money from them and do not go to this place because when they have a problem or want to deal with something that is not convenient for them, the same thing will happen to them that no one will answer them, no one will give them a solution
