This Corporate Goodyear is not the closest tire shop but always worth the drive. The team there is always carring and ready to help. Today was no exception. I got a flat and my car had to be towed. They kept me updated and fixed my tire very quickly. Best tire place in Miami!

I’m happy that I came to Goodyear for a second opinion because at pep boys I asked if they can patch my tire and refuse and said the tire needs to be replaced. I came to Goodyear for a second opinion and they were able to patch the tire since I was still in the okay zone of patching a tire where the nail was. The employees in this location truly want to help than to take your money.

Really bad. My appointment was scheduled for 10am for new tires that I pre-order. I arrived on time, they told me they will take 2 hours to fix it. 3 and a half hours later my car was still half way done and no one was working on it. This people dont work and dont have consideration for the costumers.

I had 2 flat tires and was able to get one of them fixed. Shout out to Elencis for taking care of this. Great service!

Anibal, Felix and the general manager went above and beyond to get our Ford Excursion’s alternator replaced in record time and get us back on the road on a busy Saturday. I just moved to the area from Kendall and was looking for an honest place where they could check my tires and oil. I found this place next to Taco bell and I was very impressed with the manager. Hes very customer service oriented, you dont find that anymore, specially Hialeah. He checked everything and recommended a couple of things but he wasnt very pushy. He told me the store was under new management, hope this helps anyone that is looking for car service.

I do not know what the problem is with Goodyear mechanics . I just finished having a problem with Goodyear on my truck my son wanted to put Goodyear Tires on to his truck we went to this Goodyear dealer he has painted rims they proceeded to put the balancing weights on the front side of the rims chipping the paint then when he went to pick them up the tech ran out to tell him that they were all balanced good and he didnt have to put any weights on the front the rims. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard you do not put weights on the front of painted mag rims when my son got home he noticed they tried to put balancing weights on the first one and Chip the paint I would not recommend this Goodyear dealer

Ive gone to this place several times to get oil changes on my and wifes car. The service is terrible. They try to hustle you telling you lies about things that need to be changed or replaced on your car to take your money. I believe the last time I took my car there they changed my 2 front tires that were brand new tires in good condition for 2 old bad tires and told me I needed to change my tires. Thats ILLEGAL. I never gave them authorization to change my tires only oil change. So I have 2 bad tires when I had 2 good ones and eye have my 2 good tires for free so they can charge it to somebody else. I will never go to this place again. Theyre crooks. I strongly suggest you dont service your car here.

I was in the area and got a flat tire on my brand new 2019 Tacoma I stopped by this shop to have it repaired and annibal was EXCELLENT he went above and beyond to take care of me he made sure my truck was safe to be back on the road and safe again!

So since when its conventional oil only 5w-30? I needed an oil change using conventional 5w-20 and one of the associates informs me that since my car uses 5w-20, they cannot give the car a conventional oil change because thats only for 5w-30.. I almost laugh at his face! I simply walked out and never will be returning again. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get ripped off or upcharge!

They dont care. They always have an attitude and have no work ethics. They just want your money. They will tell you anything just to make a quick buck. They will probably say you will need a new intercooler when you just need new filters.

Had an appointment scheduled for their complimentary alignment and 29 point inspection. When I arrived they only had one work bay open with a bunch of the mechanics sitting around in a circle laughing it up about who knows what. There were several people waiting in the lobby who will probably be there for a long time more while they wait for their vehicles to be serviced. The counter staff in the lobby wasnt much better when I kept getting asked about what I was in for. The online reservation clearly says Im here for the complimentary inspections and Im being pressed about diagnostic charges and wanting to know what was wrong with my vehicle. Theres nothing wrong with the vehicle but these inspections are complimentary and all they need to do is follow the instructions on their checklist. The gentleman at the front was trying to narrow down the inspection to only whatever I said would be wrong with the vehicle and missed the point that this is supposed to be a thorough visual check for alignment & their complimentary 29 point vehicle inspection. I left being that he kept pushing on about needing to know what was specifically wrong with the vehicle.Not the first time Ive had a problem at this location yet they continue to operate in the same way. All these guys are looking to do is make a sale or somehow get you on the hook for ridiculous diagnostic charges.

Bought my new car less then two months ago and blew out a tire Anibal Valdés (store manager) helped me and stayed with me during the phone call to Goodyear as we tired to get the warranty settlement, it’s still being processed but I️ can tell you I️ feel very confident and I’m extremely pleased with his attention to detail and his customer service I️ even learned about (road hazard warranty) which I️ would have definitely bought had I️ known about it.

Very bad customer service. LEO was very rude when I called for an appointment in the morning for 3 pm. He said he didnt need my name, and basically hung up on me.i went at 3 and he told me I had to wait 2 hours to get the car serviced, when i mentioned to him that that was the reason for the appointment in the morning, he got mad. finally he took my car in and did the aligment. I requested a printout of the alignment done on my tires and the printer was out of ink so they didnt give me the alignment results. So in other words I do not know what they did. Never again.

Great service and very honest about the problems that my car had. Once I had my car fixed, I felt as if I had a new car. My car felt a lot better and smoother.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I went for a tire repair, they told me they couldnt fix it. I took the tire to a local tire shop, they fixed it with no issues. These guys wanted to sell me a new tire instead of fixing it. This is my first and last time here.

Come to get tires fixed one guy working and two cars ahead of me for tire fix been here a hour and there still working on frist tire, guy dont come here for anything ! Worst place ive ever been on fixing flat tire !
