I went there today to replace a tire sensor and somehow the who installed the sensor manage to cut my tire,do no go to this place, the are not professional, I will never go againg to this business, they lost me as a customer.

I went to this fine establishment to replace my back tires. I checked two other places before coming here and The Factory Outlet gave me the fairest price. I was able to wait as they changed my tires, as it only took 40 minutes I highly recommend this place Many the owner is an excellent person you can deal with

I took my truck here for a front end alignment after putting four new tires. after the first quote of $100 which is a little high but I was there so I agreed to it after an hour of waiting they said they had a hard time so now its $200 with my truck on the lift I felt I was held hostage I told them to finish it I was late for work at first it seemed good but after 2 months of driving both front tires thread was eating from the inside the tires are 285/75r16 off road so there goes $400 plus the $200 they robbed me from cause they did not do the alignment right will never recommend anyone to do anything here they will rob with out a gun

It should be zero stars, we had to replace the engine on my truck and it was never good probably they got a used one, not even refurbished. They didnt lock the hood of the pick up and it opened while driving. Irresponsible and you never know with what part you get a replacement and for what you paid.

My experience was very unpleasant I felt cheated by the person who supposedly attended me the mechanic gave me a price for the work that would make me list everything that was included when I returned after doing the work because on the cars board it marked problems at work done, he wanted to charge me again for something that was included in the package, he charged me 920 dollars for the wheels and he wanted 400 more for putting on the sensors that he had told me that they were included is a major brand scammer five stars as a scammer I do not recommend that place thanks to nobody

This place is a scam, my dad went there and they promised him a service package for a price and when it was because he had problems they told him that it was more money to put the tire sensors on which they had said was included in the initial package and they told him that the only payment for changing tires and tires.

I do not advise anyone, tremendous bad treatment, they are not professionals at all, I demand something they did wrong and they answered me like this, ASLO YOU TO SEE IF YOU LOOK BETTER .. THAT is not professional at all, they are swindlers. I would not recommend it to anyone.
