Both of them had well knowledge of their work and were very friendly. Although a very small store, it was very well organized and had plenty of products I needed.Simply great...

Horrible experience... I went to look at rocking chairs and chose one of the more expensive ones but had EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The store was pretty empty (I see why) then I was approached by a lady who finally decided to help me. She checked the chair in the system and apparently they didnt have anymore. I asked her if any other stores carried it or if it could be ordered. She seem to be lost and couldnt give a affirmative answer. She ended up telling me that was the last one she had and apparently it was being discontinued. So if I wanted it I would have to buy the floor sample... I asked her if I would be eligible for a discount being that it was the one being used on the floor and she was very quick to say NO without consulting it with a manager. I was kind pissed by that point. Made a call and look at the rocking chair carefully. She came back and said that she would give me some type of discount. At that point I agreed and accepted her offer and purchased the chair. I told them i couldnt take it home with me at that point; but I would be back at a later time to pick it up. Later on in the evening I came back in a bigger car to take it. I called ahead of time to give them the heads up and let them know to please have the chair ready for me. They young lady that answered the phone assured me that it was ready for pick up. Once I get there it was a complete disaster!!! The deliver guy comes out to tell me he was unaware of us coming to pick up the chair. (NO COMMUNICATION AMOUNG EMPLOYEES) I had to wait 30-45 minutes for them to bring out the chair. It was an EXTREMELY unpleasant experience and definitely wont be returning for any of my other baby needs... Nor will I recommend this place to my FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

I love this place! I have my baby shower registry here. But the service is horrible. At the store I asked for help and the lady said she couldnt help us because she had to attend the aisle she was in. IT WAS EMPTY. Also, I tried to see my registry online and I could not find it or see, my email was not working in the website either, so I called. No one answers the phone. Out of the 6 calls i made, I got only 1 answer and they told me they would call me back, they never did. I cant even call because no one ever answers anyways.Other than that, the other ladies that attended me were really nice and helpful.

Location was easy access to the highway. I was able to find more than I wanted. Great selections from newborn to 10yrs old. The great selections from boys to girls selections were great. I was able to find things that are not easliy found instore, but only online. The customer service there was great as well.

Nice baby store, but the selection is much greater at babies r us. Also, the registry service is not that great. It needs to be improved.

I shop here for special occasion clothing and special items that you cannot find elsewhere. I am not too crazy about the stores return policy but otherwise the quality is very good. Service is ok, sometimes not enough people on the floor when I need to buy shoes or specialty clothing.

Very bad experience I was there with my wife to get our babys first ultrasound and we felt like we were passing through a McDonalds drive through we were there literately 2 mins my wife laid down and the ultrasound tech scanned her stomach took a picture and handed us the paper to give to cashier to pay, she was serious and in a rush, I know she might do this everyday but is our first experience and we were expecting something more pleasant and to be treated better than that, plus the package was 2 black & white pic and 15 mins of ultrasound.. We only received 1 pic and 2 mins of ultrasound.. Very unhappy

BEWARE OF THIS STORE. THEY DO NOT RESPECT THERE RETURN POLICY. I BOUGHT A PAIR OF SHOES AND THE RECEIPT SAYS YOU HAVE SEVEN DAYS TO RETURN IT AND AFTER THE SEVEN DAYS YOU GET A STORE CREDIT. IT HAS ONLY BEEN FIVE DAYS AND THEY TOLD BE THAT THE RULE HAD CHANGED AS OF TODAY. THE MANAGER VIRGINIA ROMERO WAS SUPER RUDE SHE HAS NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATS SO EVER. THIS STORE IS LIKE BUYING SOMETHING IN CUBA THEY DONT FOLLOW ANY POLICY THEY HAVE IN PLACE.

I Went to the ideal baby and kids store and have excellent service from Raul General manager and all employees to do list to help me with my first daughter definitely recommend 100% for making baby shower list

The store was very hot the A/C is not working. Poor quality clothes and extremely poor customer service.

Tried to shop here just now, knowing the store closes at 9 but was rudely told to leave as the store was closing! It was only around 8PM. What a shame.

Horrible service, and the clothes for girls is not what it was before, I see most dresses exactly the same at Sears for half the Price......Customer service could not be ruder....I go mostly for the girls shoes, I do find a variety but oh the service is awful.....So thinking of a trip tomorrow, hope I find something other than rudeness

The service is the worst I do not recommend it to anyone buy some expensive shoes by the way and I did not want to change it because I did not have the box .. and they told me that for return I only needed the receipt. ..jamas I buy nothing again in that store and the treatment of the boss of bad floor said that she was dealing with her enemy and not with a client. The very friendly employees and extensive knowledge of the products they sell, guided me very efficiently for the elaboration of the Baby Shower list and offered me additional benefits for having the list with La Ideal. I was in this shop on a Sunday morning to buy one of those mirrors that are used to see the baby while you drive. When I got home I put the mirror in my car and everything was perfect, but to my surprise on Monday when I left work I found it on the floor of the car, because the glue with which it was held was apparently bad. I went back to the store with the intention of exchanging it for another one, but to my surprise the person attending the costumer service told me that I could not do anything. He exactly told me that I should return it in its package, closed and unused, to which I replied that as I would know that the product was bad if I did not use it, all I got was for him to tell me to contact the manufacturer and let him know.I ASK ME, CASE I DID BUSINESS WITH THE MANUFACTURER OF THIS PRODUCT OF MALISIMA QUALITY OR IT WAS THE STORE WHO DID THE BUSINESS AND I JUST BUY SOMETHING THAT DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW WOULD IT BE?Coclucion If you are going to look for something at that store, make sure you do not use it, so if it is in bad condition you can recover your investment.
