Their name is 1/2 correct. They keep your money forever but don’t expect a sign. For over two years they have held my deposit, which was refundable in the event a permit was not issued. The city never issued our permit and forever asked me to proceed without a permit. When my landlord wouldn’t agree to that they said they would refund me. From 1/2020 to 7/2021 they confirmed they would be refunding me multiple times and never actually sent the refund check. I feel badly writing a negative review as they are clearly in a difficult financial position given their inability to refund a client after confirming multiple times they would; however, I promised them two weeks ago that I would write a negative review if my check didn’t come and once again, no check was sent.

I tried contacting this company maybe 7 times by phone and email. They said someone will “call you back”. Nobody did. I gave benefit of the doubt and called a day later and they still didn’t entertain my potential business. I said I can email the rep. I did just that, and still, never heard back. Truly and disgracefully unprofessional!!!

The wait was well worth it for a professionally done eye-catching sign which has already significantly improved our sales overnight. The process took a little longer than we wished due to permits but the final product was outstanding.Make sure to schedule your installation and have an electrician available at the same time theyre installing to guarantee your sign will light up as intended once installed.

The office is very professional. They send the quotes right away. They take you thru the whole design process. The work is all permitted with the municipalities. The crew on the field very organized and the area was left clean. The work is seamless. I strongly recommend this firm for any sign work.

I ordered two simple signs from these guys, a job that should take 2 weeks, the guy who sold us the job, Robin, is never available and we are forced to deal with customer service staff that are at best curt and surly. They show up to put the sign on our building and rather than put the sign where the old sing was, they decide to drill new holes and put it to the right of the old marks (why would you not want to cover the old marks???). I notice the mistake and call the office and a lady at the office tries to sell me on the fact that I signed off on a proof that showed this position, the office is a circus, stay away from these people, they drove my operations manager crazy they are so stupid.

Dayana is such a great person she made my experience in getting a sign amazing, helped me out in picking colors & fonts that made my sign impressive & gave me her own advice on what to pick, a true professional, if your looking to get a sign for your business this is the place to go to. 👍🏼

After forgetting about our appointment, then saying they were on their way, they never showed after 2 hours of waiting.Even if it is an exception, lack of professionalism should caution any potential customer.For transparency, since I was not able to even meet these people, I cannot comment on the quality of their work, my rating applies to my experience in getting a quote.
