The place is extremely crowded you can barely walk through the aisles. The staff are 90% of the time in a bad mood. Good luck trying to get a price by phone the guy that usually answers is very rude and will never give prices by phone he says if you want to know the price you need to come! Other than that they offer a variety of stuff ranging from nail stuff to rice cookers, brooms and half of the store is a hardware store.

This store has the best Sharpening for nail tools and knifes that I have ever seen. Personnel has extensive knowledge of the trade. Also spare parts for coffee espresso and pressure cookers. Not to say an extensive line of beauty salon supply. Hard to describe so much stuff. You need to visit to experience it first hand.

They are specialized and sell manicure/pedicure/ beauty supply/ knives/pressure cookers (incl. repairs- not just selling parts)/ coffee pots/ multiple household items/toys/colognes and MORE.....They are open 6 days a week. The personnel is helpful, knowledgeable and professional. YOU MUST VISIT!!!!!!!!!

I have gone to this supply store plenty of time I have not always been satisfied with the products that I purchased there I have purchased over $200 of products! When I get home I realize that I had purchased double of the same items I went into the store to see if I could exchange that item for something else they denied the service! They refuse to exchange or to help me in the situation that I had already spent $200 they didn’t care they wouldn’t exchange it I didn’t even want a refund I wanted to exchange. there so rude and they have very bad attitude.. The store is too small to be so messy. Yes they do have a lot of nail products and I am happy that they have someone who works there that speaks English, which is blasphemy in Hialeah. The store is has decent prices and all the nail stuff you need, but i have bought nail polish there only to come home and realize the polish is old which is a major disappointment.

My goal was to get my nippers sharpened and wow for 7 nippers plus to fix one of the springs my total was $49. (They are cash only) and also were able to have all of the nippers sharpened within the same day by 3pm(dropped off the nippers @ 1pm)the employees there were also able to explain to me any questions i might have about the brands they carry plus the men that were in charge of sharpening the nippers were busy for a tuesday afternoon like back to back that is a good sign they have loyal clientsThe nail brand this place mostly carries is Mia secretMostly acrylics they carry but they have regular nail polish for sale I dont believe they require acosmetology lisence to purchase productsOh and of course it is located in Hialeah so Espanol is necessaryAbout 4 employees run around the store helping customers and they know about nails and also about hardware (haha) like someone else has mentioned they are like if Sally beauty supply and Ace Hardware had a baby.

This place is a scam they rob you scissors and other items when you leave it with them. When you go to sharpening them they dont give receipt, they tell you they know you lol. They receive it but when is time to pick them up they say they dont have it and to come next day and just keep give you excuses worst than the first until you realize they have stolen from you. This also happen to a friend of mine never ever would i go back to this place. This is a TRUE experience--- BEWARE!!! This place cannot be trusted.
