The place have a lot of products. The service is the problem. The young lady have a horrible attitude. I bought 2 gel nail polish set and other products. A week later I went to return or exchange a damage gel nail polish. The paint was extremely thick, unable to paint even a wall. She gets mad because of that and started to questioning me in an aggressive way.At the end she told me that the store have 2 signs advising no returns allowed. I didnt see those signs when I purchased the product.Conclusion: never by in a store that exhibit a sign like this.

It’s a good place. I mean you can find whatever you’re looking for your hair at very affordable prices or more expensive. Make sure the product you’re buying is sealed, I bought one product and it was used already, and filled with another liquid. I would say it was oil from the kitchen. Cuz I have gotten this product before and the smell was quite different. Overall, it’s a good supply

My nail beautician recommended did beauty supply place because it is fairly close to the hair salon where she works, therefore it was easy and quick to get to whenever I went to do my nails with her. Ive gone, maybe, twice since I discovered it and my experience has been ok up until this last time that I went.I bought a few OPI nail polishes with their matching gel polishes. When I got home and started to use one of them, I noticed that the neck of the bottle (where the top screws on) had little pieces of black plastic stuck to it. I tried taking it off with a cotton ball and acetone and managed to get most of it off. The pieces that would not come off easily, I was able to take off by scraping the bottle neck with the tip of a knife. Every time I pulled the top off to paint a nail, there was more pieces of plastic on the bottle, which made me come to the conclusion that the pieces were coming from the plastic top, which was black plastic. After a few times of going through the same cleaning routine and seeing that it was going to be a never-ending task, I called Pro-Lux Beauty Supply about it.The employee to whom I spoke to about this told me that, unfortunately, once the item leaves the store, they are unable to accept returns or refunds. I told her that I read that clause on the sales receipt but, not only is the item, obviously, defective, but I do not want my money back, but the same item, UNDEFECTIVE. I also brought to her attention that they do have a clear sign right in front of the nail polish racks that asks customer NOT to open nail polish bottles. To this comment, she said that I was right, but to please understand her position. I told her that I understood hers, given that she is just an employee, but to understand mine.Nothing came of this exchange, other than to convince myself never to set foot in this store again. I, somewhat, understand having such a policy in place, but they need to have some leniency/exceptions, especially when it is a defective item. As a customer, one has the right to receive exactly what one pays for and nothing less.I am now going to call my credit card company which, thankfully, has a purchase protection benefit which, I am certain, this small business does not expect their customers to be aware of, much less use. Fortunately, it is not about the money at all, but about the principal.

Bad experience ..... I have been buying products with them for more than two years and recently I bought a spoiled dye that did not work and when I returned to the store with the Marisol dye and the owner they simply told me that the dye had nothing and They never returned my money, nor did the owner even show his face or change the dye for another, I simply lost my money.
