I really hope my experience with this company was a one-time thing.I called about a remanufactured 5.7 motor near closing time and they acted like it could ship same day. Called the next morning first thing and ordered the motor after reading reviews.Two weeks later they hadnt charged my card. Three different times they said that they would contact somebody in billing and see whats going on and call me back... They never called.Then they started saying that the motor needed to go through inspection which Im familiar with. That was another week and a half worth of it should be on the truck in the next day. Everytime I called its was, I need to go check with the guys in the back and Ill call you back.They never called back.Finally after two and a half weeks of getting the runaround I canceled the order. They acted like they didnt care one bit which confirmed I made the correct decision. There was no, Im sorry this has been going on, or we value our customers please give me a day to figure out whats going on. I just couldnt believe it. Granted a $4,000 motor sale isnt that big of a deal to some business but to me it was a few months worth of saving trying to salvage my summer months of boating.I hate to leave bad reviews but nothing positive came out of this place. The only thing I can think of is that they were building the motor and didnt have anything ready to go.Thanks Frank.

Very bad experience. Ordered and paid in full for a remanufactured engine that supposed to be ready 3 weeks later. 3 months later I had to ask for a refund because I was getting tired of being blown off. During this 3 months I kept calling countless times in order to get an answer and nobody had the decency to give me a straight answer, just kept getting postponed and postponed. while in the meantime, I had the boat sitting at a boatyard, paying the expensive boatyard fees waiting for an engine that really never existed to begin with. by the way, when you call Atlantic marine Store and are told that they will call you back with a response to your questions odds are that you have better chances in becoming a pirate and finding treasure in a desert island.To make a long story short, I ordered another engine from another place and got it one week later. I will never do business again with Atlantic Marine Store and if you are reading this, Run as fast as you can!!!Lol!

The best Suzuki repower and marine service in Miami! I recently repowered my boat with a new Suzuki DF115. From A-Z these guys did a great job. Anthony in sales gave me a reasonable price on a new Suzuki outboard and fair trade in value for my old motor. Frank and the Service Manager convinced me to rewire my entire boat. The rewire job they did was absolute first class. Everyone I talked to at Atlantic Marine was professional and friendly. The rates are reasonable. The availability for service and turnaround time is quick. This is a great group of guys to deal with. Kudos to the owner of Atlantic Marine for teaching his team the value of customer service. Atlantic Marine is my new go to place for outboard service and maintenance.

I bought a remanufactured motor through eBay from them...it was supposed to be already built...I waited almost 2 weeks for it to arrive after several phone calls and messages...it finally showed up...what I received is a used motor with almost all used and burnt oil soaked parts...their listing said all new internals including camshaft, valves, connecting rods, pistons, etc...this motor I received is remanufactured by them with almost all used parts...the camshaft is burnt, scored, and covered in burnt oil...the connecting rods are used and burnt oil soaked...the rocker arms are used and covered in burnt oil...the valve spring keepers are covered in pitted rust...the block journals and water jackets are covered in rust, scale, and corrosion...the valves are covered in paint and appear burnt...the list goes on and on...even the block had NEW paint on it that was smeared by covering it in plastic before it was dry...I have dozens of pics to prove THIS attempt at trying to scam me...I spoke to Matthew, their customer service manager...he said they will take it back and send another one or refund me...but the principal of integrity and honesty has already been compromised...why would they even try and send a motor out like THIS... dishonesty at its finest...at this point the motor is still sitting on the shipping pallet waiting for them to pick it up...all he did was make a dozen excuses about this problem and never once own up to their faults...i did NOTHING wrong here... except trust them to be an honest company...

Very bad experience to buy this engine !!! :((((First time to use it, over heat!!!!Report to them, sent us the parts to fix it. Head bolt problems again..........Report again. Safe their time I ask them to send us the parts to us and I go to fix us. End up I wait for THREE weeks, till now April 30,2021,I STILL DID NOT RECEIVED IT.........

Cant say enough good about this company. Buying process was a pleasure from the start. I was provided a quick estimate, staff was knowledgeable, engine shipped promptly with great protection, and the staff was easy to access the entire time. Would highly recommend (especially Matt)!

All I can say these guys are the pros. They always keep you informed. They under promise and over deliver what a refreshing change. You always can count on them looking out for you “they just don’t sale” they only suggest what you need. If you do want additional work, they listen to your needs and evaluate what is your best options. This is the main reasons why they have been in business all these years. I have dealt with JUAN since 1980 figure that one still around. Now I speak mostly to Rey which also is both knowledgeable and considerate of one’s time.

I cant believe they want to charge me 1615$$$ to service my twin Yamaha 115hp!!! (1615$ just for labor, PARTS ON ME) and not only did they lose service job but also rePower my Boat.

I went by the their location about three weeks ago and requested a quote to have my panel redone and rewired. I also needed other electrical things done to the boat. I never received a quote or a call back. I reached out multiple times and always got the same response. The computer system is down. They stated it will be sent out I promise and 3 weeks later I have nothing. I guess no one has received quotes in 3 weeks. This is ver unprofessional and not only did they lose an electrical job but also a re-power at the end of the year. I do not recommend this company

I purchased the long block 302 Ford at June, but they sent for me GM block, And then I returned it and they sent for me for me ford 302 block but bad block, because they did not have enough time to make it perfect because sent wrong block first time,, and because it happened I lost my summer, And I installed two times this engine because the engine was bad, When I installed it and used just five minutes to test it and the engine start knocking, Oil pressure was perfect but at compensators (lifters ) there was no oil so I replaced new lifters and it happened again after five minutes, I had a conversation with Alfonso and he said send the engine for us we will check it out and will refund your money to you, But after a couple months he said find the pallet and will pick it up from your house,But when I found a pallet And the engine was ready to go he tried to charge me $ 549 for shipping,, And he said we will fix the engine and will return to you the same engine we are not going to refund your money, ha They are thinking I am going to wait two years when we’ll figure out something but it’s not, I fixed already my engine, I cannot trust them I don’t want this engine again because they will sent for me bad engine again and they will charge me againFor shipping, I don’t wanna waste the game my timeSo I paid for shipping for good engine but they sent for me bad engine and why I have to pay again so it looks like they can send you again a bad engine and do it couple more times and they will charge you all time, its not good, its not qualified company and customer service is really bad, past almost 2 years and they did not pick it up yet, And now the warranty is almost end so I cannot recommend to do any business with this company because looks like theyre not doing good quality, so I wasted two years, And the engine is V8 cast-iron its not a candy its heavy stuff and its not my fault but I installed the engine two times and nobody paid me for, and now theyre trying to charge me again for shipping so they are protecting themselves but customers are not satisfied, First time when I had conversation with Alfonso he didn’t see me about it and the shipping cost but they’re changing their mind and trying to make a money, after this review Alfonso contacted me and ask me to delete or change this message and they promised to me resolve this problem and pick up the engine and he promised to do refund but nothing changed from that period because they are just talking and doing nothing it’s mean the company is not serious and they are Don’t care about them customers and I didn’t receive any penny from them the engine still at my garage so please people!!! Don’t do any business with this company or you will get the same head ache as me . I am hardly no recommend this store, DONT WASTE YOUR EXPENSIVE TIME !!! I see after my comment they asked friends and relatives to get better comments to get better reviews but I am personally have experience and sharing with you guys and this is my experience so you never know who will be next as me with this store and Really bad qualitywork of The block.

This company is awesome! They made my otherwise dreadful experience somewhat rewarding. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. As soon as I walked in the door, I was introduced to the members in the office and taken on a guided tour of their facility. They took their time laying out options for me and when I walked away with a couple estimates, I knew they would be building my new motor. A week later, I placed my order at 4:55 pm on a Friday evening. My motor was ready for pickup Wednesday of the next week with a nice personalized blue paint to match my boat. Nice touch AMS!
