I hate writing negative reviews, but figured I share my experience so people can see another side of how this dealer handles business. The upfront sales process was pretty standard, its the actual vehicles and warranty offers you have to look out for. Their certified inspections are basically fairytales. I purchased a vehicle with all of the warranties so all repairs needed were covered; or so they say. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. The warranties (Vehicle Protection plan, Limited etc.) are pretty much worthless. The vehicle I purchased kept pulling to the right and we thought a simple alignment wouldve solved the problem. Turns out it ended up needing to have the front crossmember assembly adjusted. Unfortunately, this is not covered by the warranty (LOL what a joke) and now I might have to pay close to $1000 just to get the car driving in a straight line again; you know, the simple things a car should do. The brakes were also on the way out, but hey, they were certified/inspected by Hialeahs finest right? LOL never again would I step foot into an Autonation dealer. Do yourself a favor a buy a used car from an actual reputable dealer; not an Autonation hustle. Actual dealers provide REAL WARRANTIES; not these fake $2000 warranties. Good luck to you if youre still considering doing business with this dealer though.

Great job not a long wait

Had a very pleasant experience. Jairo Merette help me get in and out with my new car. Made the process easy and answered all my concerns without been to pushy, as usual car sales agent are known to be. Ill keep you posted on how the after purchase service goes along

Poor customer service. I wasted 50 minutes just to be attended and they did not attend me, incredible! they say it is a fast service 👎🏻. I do not recommend it!
