My experience with this company hasnt been to pleasant. Very friendly staff and very communitive at the beginning, then it went downhill. I am within the 1 year guarantee for installment/floor issues that they give you and its been months about my issues and they still have not come through. If I dont write to them, they dont follow back. My year guarantee is done in August and what I am thinking is that they are waiting for that to happen so they dont have to fix the issue. They keep telling me its the manufacturing place thats delaying everything. An inspector came over in December and still I have not heard anything. I have no other choice, but to get legal action against them because if not my guarantee is over and then Im stuck. PLEASE BE CAREFUL EVEN IF ITS SOMEONE THAT RECOMMENDS SOMEONE BECAUSE ITS NOT A GOOD FEELING WHEN YOU CANT TRUST A COMPANY.

I dealt with Robert Jr and let me tell you it was Incredible service. He was very attentive to my needs and catered specifically to what I imagined for the flooring of my house. They stand true to what they say, same or next day Installation. I rarely leave comments or reviews but I just had to due to how satisfied I was.
