Very unprofessional and discriminating. Called on the phone to ask if they sold pipe tobacco - apparently the fact that I spoke in English was bothersome and my call was randomly thrown to another person (no “hold please” or anything) who told me they don’t speak English. FYI I grew up in Miami and am not of Latin descent and was officially publicly schooled in English here, not Spanish. I asked if there was someone on the premises who could speak some English and was told “No” with no other offers for assistance (maybe having someone call me back later who can speak to me). That was the end of that convo, thanks for the help. I can’t believe a business would rather lose money/potential customers due to laziness. I guess only Spanish speakers are serviced - typical Miami discrimination.
