The young lady that helped me today was the most courteous and polite employee I have encountered at any footlocker. I have been shopping here in Westland Mall footlocker stores for over 25 years, and every year it is harder to find someone willing to help you find what youre looking for. Based in the receipt, her name is Brianna, from store 308073. She even offered to order the size I wanted for me, but luckily I found one that worked and bought it on the spot. The 4 other gentlemen that I saw in the store could learn from her customer service skills. It seemed they were more interested in chatting with eachother than working on a busy Saturday afternoon. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

Nothing but teens working there. Assistant manager is probably 20 years old. Customer service means nothing, only the bottom line to them.

Do not shop at foot locker in Westland mall #hialeah florida.. poor customer service from manager named felipe.. he is not interested in helping the customer.. Had a very bad experience.. shop at champs or anywhere else ... an associate marknel helped me with respect. I had bad experiences returning Lebron 15 shoe due to Rep or Manager Carlos who gave me a bad attitude that I cant get my refund because it is not the original receipts. Its an exchange a receipt, I need to go back to the original store . A lot of reps on a Saturday around 6:28 pm not greeting the customer. Its okay I let Footlocker Customer Support knows.
