IDS built out the cabinets and provided equipment for one of our clients and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend, easy hands off and they fulfilled all of our clients needs.

I purchased all of my dental equipment from IDS. They did a fantastic job assembling the chairs and heavy equipment. Mr. Harvey works closely with me on all orders. He is a great representative for IDS. I have referred other dentists to IDS. Absolutely satisfied with their products. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful cabinets with less price . Compare to all major dental supply companies you will get them for a lot cheaper. They came and installed the cabinets as well . I’m glad I asked them to do the installation because they knew their products. So far I’m very happy .

Dont buy their masks or wipes. They are not for medical / dental use. Level 1 masks sold as level 3, and wipes for home use not office.

Terrible customer service with rude staff. They send you the wrong order and do not care about correcting their errors. Stay away - their 5 star reviews are fake.

Placed order online, paid everything including shipping. Then 2 weeks later website listed “order as cancelled”. Called twice to enquire and just reached a receptionist who said “I will pass your message on. No one call back or anything!

If I could get this company 0 stars I would. They are thieves!!! Be careful. They must have paid the people who gave them good reviews. Every time you get a delivery from them check every single item very well. They buy all from China, very low quality stuff. Check your equipment make sure the parts are working. Also, make sure you get ALL in writing, I would even video what they tell you they are going to give you. I really made a mistake getting a lot of my equipment from them. DO YOUR RESEARCH, YOU ARE WORN!!

We have been ordering couple of items from IDS throughout the years because of the low prices but their customer service is not reliable at all. I called to order their unipak masks at the price of $3.95 like advertise on their website. The representative agreed with me the price is $3.95 and because i want to order a large quantity he said will have to check and see how many box they have available but end up telling me now the price went up to $4.99 and the website price has always been wrong!! Just because we want a large quantity they will up the price for you!! Not reliable!

This company is holding my money hostage!!! I placed an order several months ago....the wrong items came, we returned them the very next day at our expense. We did not hear anything for several weeks, when we called the items are out of stock and will be sent when they come. Nine weeks later we called to get a refund only to be told they dont issue refunds and I could have a credit toward something else.... why wold I want anything else but the items I paid for. I signed nothing and was not made aware of this policy upon purchase. BUYER BEWARE....YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE HERE!!!

Dont throw away your money and get into trouble. I purchased a whole office worth of equipment of dental chairs to bunch of equipments, to cabinets to supplies and spent over 80k with these guys. They delivered defective items, messed up the entire brand new office at time of installation and when asked for fixing, they gave such a run around that you have no choice but to find someone local and get help to fix the mess. They messed up my entire floor, cabinets were not designed to specifications, 80% of cabinets had faulty hardware and design that required someone else to come in and fix all problems. I spent almost $25k to fix the mess that these guys did in manufacturing and installing. They are not at all professional and never try to help you. If you call them for defective items or issues, they dont even come to phone. There are a bunch of guys of same family owned business in Miami, FL who are well versed in such business. Surprising they are still in business.

IDS opened both of our Miami, Fl offices with dental chairs and equipment.I want to first state that this company is extremely professional and performed the job asexplained with no hassles or issues. Every piece of equipment that was ordered was received and installed in a timely fashion. I got quotes on virtually the same equipment and cabinets from Patterson and Henry Schein that was much higher priced. Friends of mine that ordered from those companies for there offices ended up paying alot more for the same thing. IDS gives high quality products for way less on the price. They are also always on time and you can always reach them by phone. It is a smaller company so you get alot of attention and responsiveness from them. Very pleased with Ulisses especially. 5 STARS FOR IDS. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR DENTAL SUPPLIES
