I Was waiting over 1 hour and when I finally received my order ….. Just look at the pictures and also the taste was distasteful!!! All dirty 🤢

I love the workers at this location. Not only do they make the best sundaes, but they provide excellent customer service and always make sure the customer is satisfied. I order my banana split dazzler sundae via Uber Eats and the app does not allow me to customize it to my liking; therefore I always call in, and every time they treat me with patience and kindness. They have even memorized it and when I call they know who I am. I give this store 5 stars for sure!!!🤗

The girls working didn’t feel like making the espresso shake so they said the machine was broken. Which was a lie because they were laughing while telling me that. On top of that they didn’t pay attention to my girlfriend and I until I said something.. (there was no one in the store). I am merciful with three stars because the ice cream is good and I like the location. Hire better people.

The girl that help was very nice, ice cream was fresh, absolutely amazing, not to much variety as far as toppings just the basics.

I have been going to this Haagen dazs at least 20 yrs. Bought an ice cream cake last night to comply with my wife’s wishes. To our surprise the cake was pretty much un edible, the frosting was extremely sweet to the point of being un edible. Took it back the next morning but attempted to call first but after the phone ringing several times, went to a full mail box and hung up the call. When I mentioned this to the female manager, she said that they just opened; she then added that they don’t have a website ( ?? Really). She was very sarcastic about the return and seemed annoyed instead of empathetic. I even mentioned that the previous owner was a Afro American guy and was always on top of the store; she replied by saying that “ it was probably 30 years ago”. One would think that a ice cream cake from Haagen dazs would be better than Carvels but not in this location. It’s a shame that the customer turn around attempt was very poor and un important. My advise, if in this store for ice cream cake, get is Carvels from the supermarket!

Worts ice cream shop ever. Me and my family came here on Saturday night and we all got food poisoning. Me my wife and my 3 kids have been so sick including my 2 year old daughter. The reason Im giving 3 stars to this location is because on Sunday I went to buy icecream and the store was not clean (trash on the counter, trash can was overflowing and the floor was dirty) and workers were not wearing gloves when serving the icecream, shakes etc. They touch the register to charge and then continue working without washing their hands. I didnt see a manager in the store.

Tried one of their new milkshakes. The Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle. It was a new experience, and very tasty. I would recommend it.

The worst experience. Bad customer service. They hired immature young employees that do not possess sanitary techniques to manipulate the product, they do not use plastic gloves to touch the waffles or the cones, in addition they talk a lot in front of the icecream spreading in that way all the salivary particles to the icecream. The worst experience, very immature employees that are not attentive to the customer. They touch all the objects and then they touch the products ( Waffles, cones and icecream) with their hands without proper precautions.

My kids love their Belgian chocolate shakes. Great ice cream that is not overly sweet. Dont go in a hurry, because there is usually a wait, but its worth it.

We used to order from this location all the time through Uber Eats, but the past 3 or 4 orders have been very disappointing. The dazzlers we have received have been half the size of the regular ones we used to receive, half a cup really including the whipped cream. We kept trying thinking it would go back to normal next time, but it keeps being delivered like this. Very sad, considering we used to order about 3 times per week.

As awesome as always! Häägen-Dazs is always delicious but the real win with this particular spot is that it closes at 11:00 pm so if you out of the blue decide that you want some ice cream close after-hours, this guys got you.Its also conveniently located on a small plaza so you have easy access and plenty of parking. Enjoy!

The last time I was In this store was at least 30 years ago. The employees have changed and maybe management as well. Service and ice cream is still tasteful, excellent.

You can never go wrong at Häagen-Dazs, even though I think there are less flavors than before but it doesnt matter, the flavor, the texture, the taste, the quality of the ice cream is just amazing. Its located at a shopping plaza with accesible handicap parking and outdoor sitting, staff is cordial and diligent, it was great being there.

Fathers Day, very busy, service was great & so was the ice cream🍦🍨

Decided to stop in to get something sweet with a couple of friends, albeit it was really close to closing time so I understand it was not the most convenient. However as soon as we stepped inside, the young lady who serviced us Veronica, decided to verbalize her distaste at us going inside by muttering “oh my god are you serious”. I’m sure she was unaware that she was louder than she meant to be and we all heard it. They also let us know they would only be able to serve us anything in a small cup or cone. We were going to just order the dulce de leche dessert which we didn’t think counted as something difficult however we were told we would be unable to order it. I don’t expect anything free or a handout out of this, just that if you’re going to work in anything in customer service that you should be courteous or keep your opinions to yourself. Once we left I don’t care if she dragged us through the mud, but I just find it completely disrespectful what was said.

I have been going to this place for years,the staff is always nice,sometimes I cant make up my maind in which flavor I want.

We had to ask to remake the shake to still be made with milky consistency ....what happened to hagan daz thickness....low end for high end icecream

Sadly the emplyees at the miami lakes store have a bad attitude and they treat you like they are doing you a favor selling you the ice cream, nobody says hi, the radio is way too loud and sounds like crap, if you ask a question they give you the look must be only bcause there is nowhere else to go arownd here.
