Is low stocks, dont have freeze items, need more variety

Great variety but super long lines. Little to no customer service. Its convenient and close to my house, so Ill keep shopping.

I brought some balloons to inflate and the cashier at that moment (6/2/21 at 8:15 am) told me without greetings and in Spanish cause she doesn’t speak English: I’m not going to inflate those balloons ( yo no voy a inflar esos globos). This people believe they are still in Cuba.

Hardly any toys. And couldnt get the balloons I needed

Most of the time you can get what you need for lower price.

Every single time I come to this place, there’s only two cashiers or at times even one at the registers. The lines are ridiculous! I suggest to try another store if you’re in a rush

Too disorganized. Things are moved to different places, they now have sanitizers, toilet paper as well

I travel a LOT, I have visit thousand of Dollar tree all over the country and this was BY FAR the most understocked, dirty and disorganized. I was at awe, never seen complete empty shelves.I will definitely avoid it if there was a next time

The store is very well organized compared to many other Dollar trees in the area. The Male assistant manager is very helpful and the store manager is very kind. However they do not have a frozen food section, nevertheless it is one of the cleanest and most attractive Dollar trees I have been to with a wide selection of items.

I love shopping at dollar tree. Its amazing with all the savings. The cashier can show a little more enthusiasm but other than that its great.

Friendly staff! I buy all my cleaning and paper products here. If you cant find it yourself, one of the lovely Ladies will go look for you.

Love the store but the lines to pay need to be worked on. Standing in line for 15 minutes or more with just one cashier is not customer friendly service. You really need to re-evaluate customer service. The check out line was going down Isle 7 pass the half way point of that isle and no other cashiers would open.

WELL STOCKED ....even with Christmas 4 days away, their shelves are VERY WELL STOCKED; manger, like employees, are working hard to keep products available.....MY customerr service experience was rather good!!!

My favorite price $1. Has a lot of items that cost more at other stores. Store is a little disorganize. Miami Gardens Store has more variety than this one.

I was there today you guys dont practice the 6 feet you had to much people store you guys dont wipe down the thing that you put your credit card in.your employee should be wearing mask they dont

Always a very long line and must of the time one cashier. The store have a lot of variety, but dont go on Sunday or Monday must of the things are gone, its just a waist of time. They dont start restock until Tuesday.

A total of 4-5 workers available, no one bothered to open a register. Two extremely long lines.

It always has almost everything you want, sometimes the lines are very long and there’s only like two cashiers open.👍🏻👎🏻🙏🏻😁😜👋🏻

Nobody speaks English,to use the bathroom they do not have a key, the employees very badly educated

Website says that this Dollar Tree opens at 8:00am, I drove all the way over here and its not open. Sign on the door says it opens at 9:00am.

They recently moved into a larger space in the same shopping center and the new store has a large variety of new products that the old store did not have.

Line of 9 people at 8:54pm. I ask the manager whos walking around talking if either of the other 2 employees walking around can open a second line and the response I received was, one line. I am totally disgusted.
