I came in to pick up an access panel and saw they had door thresholds that Home Depot did not. This place has it all and if they dont, they can get. I highly recommend them.

August 5th, 2019 2:30pm I walked in to this place. No one was at the counter. A lady from the office calls out for “Robert” who responds by yelling back “What!?”. Eventually he comes to me with the worst attitude ever. Curt, condescending and totally combative Robert offers no help and just wanted me out so he could get back to whatever it was he was doing in the back. I sincerely don’t understand how this place is still in business. Certainly it’s not because of customer service, it must be that they are serving a very defined niche and persons purchase from them because they have to due to lack of choice. Do your self a favor and avoid this place if you can. Spend some time trying to find your item online if possible. I don’t see these people being in business for much longer. On their sign they say they were established since 1946 and by the look and smell of the interior of this store I can tell you not much has changed since 1946. I’m actually sitting in their parking lot writing this review which should indicate to you all reading this how horrible of an experience it was dealing with Robert and his time capsule of a business from the 1940’s.

I have always had an excellent experience at Cynamon Brothers. Im an architect and they have excellent prices. I recently made a large door order there and I had to adjust it a few times. They were very patient and never complained. Also a large contractor I know buys all their hardware from them. They have been in business a long time and are a very respectable business.

I have attempted to contact these people several times. All I want is a quote so I can purchase a door... simple. I just got off the phone and the rude lady that answered the phone responded to my request to speak with an estimator by saying at this hour on a Friday!? Yes, at this hour 3:52pm on a Friday... what you dont have people working normal hours like 90% of everybody else? And Im supposed to know this...? I can call any other door company, youre not the only one and by all means go ahead and lose out on business by not having sales/estimators working normal hours especially when you advertise that youre open from 8-5pm. Stupid. If anyone else is looking for a door company call Atlas. Or plenty others but this one is terrible.

The very badly educated owner helps you little, he does not accept that you do not speak English, he discriminates against you, the doors are good but it is a pity that this man is there, his workers know of his bad character and they also carefully regret not losing work

I bought a door with this company and they are of very good quality and at a good price
