Always a great experience when I go there

Ive only been to them twice but they have treated us like I have been there customer for years; this second time when we got there those people knew exactly who we were, what we had bought from them, described our previous visit as it would have been yesterday.That is customer care/service.

My electrician instructed me to there for parts and told me to ask for a Thomas. Went there with the part but they refused to discuss the issue over the phone. It was more important for him to B.S. with his pals at the counter. Even after being told that it was my electrician on the line and I just wanted to make sure that I was buying the right part but still he refused. As it turned it was a blessing, in disguise. Because of such crappy customer service my Electrician suggested that I go to another firm. Following my electricians advise, I went to their competition in Miami, and Man what a difference, the sales people at the other firm were so helpful unlike Manhattan and even spoke with my electrician over the phone with no problems. I was treated with respect and dignity unlike this firm. Please take my advice and avoid this firm!
