I ordered a custom hat on a Friday, they told me it would be ready on Tuesday. Its wasnt. Not ready the next day or the day after. One week later they dont answer their phones so I go in person and they dont know who I am or what I ordered and tell me maybe next week. Horribly run business. I will never go back.
