I’ve been coming to this gym for many years. New management has made it even better than before. Dyana, Lisa and all of the front desk are so friendly and have always made me feel like family. It’s hard to find this service in this area. 5/5 stars wish I could give it more

You got 3 employees up front and for what. Gym equipment all rip apart. but wait good luck finding dumbbells. Sometimes it reminds me of Easter finding hidden eggs all over the gym but instead of eggs you’re looking for weights.On top of all that you paid monthly for the membership and an anual fee yet they charge you $2 for a card if not you can get in cause the lazy employee don’t want to type your phone number.Worst gym in all Hialeah in my opinion.

This youfit is close to Westland mall. The equipment is basically the same as most youfit. The youfit hasa kzwellnesss store attached to it where you can get pre and post workout drinks as well as wraps. The have alot of leg machines which is good. Infact there are alot of machine in youfit typically. Most people are on the weight machines or free weight equipment. Overall good. Sometimes the attachements for the cable machines are missing. But good besides that

Crowded, dirty bathroom, water fountain without water. The receptionist Josh was the high point. He was very nice, polite and explained all about the gym.

Great gym. It can be a little packed at times but I love how its not as judgemental as planet fitness when it comes to lifting heavy weights.

This isnt an issue so much with the this gym in particular but more so with the company as a whole. I stopped going to the gym a little before the pandemic and tried canceling my subscription by sending an email to support. I got no response at all and did not want to risk going to the gym to cancel if I didnt have to. After a year I never got a response and decide to finally go cancel at the gym and still try to get sold on other things and getting a $10 fee just to cancel. My suggestion, stay away from big chain gyms if you can and support smaller gyms that dont pull this type of stuff.

This has probably been one of the worst gyms I have been to, very frustrating they’re customer service is non existent.During this virus I requested either a freeze or cancel through phone I was told to do it in person only one problem every single store was closed and customer service never answered once I tried emailing them, which I still have but still no answers. I waited till they opened and was told that I would get a credit for those months which I was completely fine with, I come this month and it was all a lie in they end they’re sending messages that if I don’t pay soon it’ll get sent to collection so that’s my experience with this gym do yourself a favor and go to la or something you’ll save yourself a headache.

Ive been to several Youfit clubs in Miami and Broward,this club was the only one thats wasnt friendly. They didnt say hi nor bye. I wanted to transfer my training here but I didnt feel like I belonged there so Ill find another club.

This is not an honest place of business. Staff prays on young people wanting to try out their gym by enticing them to sign a contract without explaining the cancellation policy. Very misleading, very dishonest . Do not recommend it

I came in one day with a free one-day trial pass, but that pass got denied. They then told me that with a special promotion I could get the first month for $0.22, and cancel the membership afterwards. I figured that sounded like a good deal, so I signed up. One month passes, and I decide that I want to cancel my membership, only to find that theyve already charged me for my next month. I call in and ask if I can get charge removed, but they say no. I then ask if I can cancel it and they tell me that I could, but it will be $60 for that, a fact that they failed to tell me when I signed up. They also tell me that I could freeze my account for 6 months if I wanted to and resume my membership whenever I wanted as an alternative, but again failed to inform me that the freeze would be a $5 monthly charge. When I had originally signed up, they made me sign like 6 different contracts. For each contract the sales representative skimmed over the details, describing to me what I was signing, and yet they never once mentioned the 60$ cancelation fee. At this point Ill probably just have to use the month that they forced me to pay for, but afterwards I dont think Ill be coming back. Beware this place, they will do their very best to knowingly deceive you into paying a bunch of hidden fees, all so they can get their sign-up bonuses.

Good evening.As member I feel insulted with the poor enviroment quality that this location has, the restrooms and lockers are always dirty, but today friday 12-29-17 I got to this location (Hialeah 16th ave) around 8 pm, when I went to the lockers somebody threw up on the handwash, it was disgusting, plus I got out at 10 pm and that still was there. When I told the associate about it, the answer was we have to wait maintenance for taking care of that while he was flirting with a girl.I feel really offended about this and Im seriusly thinking on cancel my memebership, youll never find such things on LA Fitness.

I am very happy with this club and the selection of workout machines. Staff is very kind, helpful, and very friendly. I had a question on how a particular machine worked and the staff was more than happy to show me how to use it. Im glad they didnt tell me to go hire a Personal Trainer like LA Fitness. The only thing missing is a sauna but, an overall good gym and great price. The staff is always cleaning when I am there in the evening. Glad they had a Toy Drive this year. Everyone in the gym is cool as well. Youfit is definitely the anti-LA Fitness!

New Ownership I think, The staff is very friendly except for one I dont know his name.I cant stand when people text on the machines while others waiting.This place is somehow dirty specifically when you get on the floor to stretch, and it is so easy to use a vacuum and they dont.The only Rowing machine hasnt been fixed in years, I go as a guess andI would like to join when they fix the only Rowing Machine foot straps

Workers are incompetent. Youll be charged a yearly fee after two months. The girls will say anything to get you to come in. Then, you cant cancel unless you go in and speak with a manager (when they are actually there). Terrible services here; I will not be returning to this gym.

The Youfit in Hialeah has a tremendous staff dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. My wife and I have totally changed our lives thanks to the help of Enrique. He showed us how to do the right workouts and eat the right foods to better our health for us and our children. We continue to work with him so that we can better ourselves and get to the place we need to be as parents and a couple. Thank you Enquire and staff for not giving up on us even when we faltered!!!

Want to work out at 5:00-7:00pm on the weekdays? Forget about it, compared to other gyms this your can barely fit in this. youfitThe gym is fine, really the main problem is the lack of available machines and so is the lack of variation. At peak times its impossible to workout at all, too many people on their phones hovering machines in groups but thats not the gyms problem.Before becoming youfit, there was a porkys gym in this location which I cant recall having broken machines at any given time, yet I come day by day and find some machines unavailable for weeks.For some reason the gym has a lot of unused space where there were awesome machines in place yet refuses to use the it. Most of the good bikes where replaced with sitting bikes (yikes). But not everything is doomed.This gym usually has a great staff, very friendly people that are willing to help, talk, educate and the fact that the gym is 24hrs, theres no excuse for you not to try to have a great workout your way.Heres are my pros and cons :+ Oftenly Great Staff+ 6 Barbell benchs (3 flat, 3 incline)+ 2 Squat Racks+ 24hrs/7days+KZ smoothie shop right next to it for healthy meals+ Good looking / fit / attractive / friendly people come to this gym (great way to inspire, motivate yourself to be as fit or better).+ Inexpensive membership+- Usually clean but smelly at peak times+- Questionable layout+- Parking is very limited (especially at night)-Small gym-Broken machinery for long periods of time-Machines variety-Replacement of great machines for underwhelming ones

LOVE THIS GYM!! Great staff and amazing environment to workout, I always feel motivated when I’m there. But the only bad thing is the room where I take classes is so green like it hurts my eyes I just really wish they painted the walls white instead of green. The staff has always been friendly but I dont usually find myself needing to speak with them. The gym itself has a fair number of machines. Last time I was there I was bummed to find that three of their treadmill machines were not working, but in their defense, I dont know if this is typical or just happened to be the day I went.The thing that I think could use some improvement is the way the staff monitors equipment use. Ive had some difficulties using weights because some people want to sit and do reps with three different weights (two of each, of course). So youll see one guy sitting there with a ton of weights around him but hes supposedly using them all. Ive also often found that weights are missing or scattered around in other locations because people dont put them back where they go. Ive lived in Hialeah all my life so Ive come to accept that in our city, theres a lot of people who dont really care enough to put trash in the garbage or put weights back where they belong. But it seems like an easy fix for management to talk to staff about getting out on the floor and putting weights back when people leave them everywhere. I used to work at a gym (Bally Total Fitness) so I know it sucks to have to do that, but thats what you do to keep the gym looking nice.Outside of that, I think it does what it needs to do. Its a no frills gym, small and local, and the hours suffice for most people. I dont think I have ever seen the daycare open, but I usually go a little later in the day. The little smoothie shop next door is awesome pre or post workout.

Friendly staff and the waits to use machinery is fine . Place is kept clean and the equipment is well maintained. Only negative has nothing to do with the gym or company but the selfish nasty human beings that frequent this place . Rarely do you see any consideration for others, people don’t put weights back where they belong, you constantly see people occupying a machine with earphones and cell on not exercising but reviewing Facebook Instagram etc taking up a place without regards for others . I wish the staff would set up rules and begin to enforce them aimed to curtail these behaviors!

I called this company to cancel my membership and they putted in pause for three months and after that they took my money again from my bank account. When I called they said that I have to go in person to cancel and also besides the 13 dolars that I paid for gor my membership I have to pay 10 dolars moreThey are stealing your money .do not come to this company to use their services.

This is the only true 24/7 Youfit Health Club that I know of in Miami. Awesome community here! The space is somewhat compact, but I always go late nights, so its never crowded. I love that the members here are all pretty serious about their gains, so the atmosphere is either really motivating or intimidating--depending on your attitude towards it. I just wish they had a sauna like the one in Pembroke pines, and jut would be a 5 star.

They changed there hours. Before it was 24/7 now til 1am. That sucks I’m pretty sure they lost many customers because of this! Cuz I’m gonna be one of them

The equipment is alright but the hours on here are wrong. On Saturday it says 6am but i am here, i just passed by the gym to workout but they are closed. Like please correct this because im sure others who wake up early to workout think that its open at 6am on Saturday but it is not.

Horrible Experience and abusive practices.Back in December I called to Cancel my membership because I wasnt using it. A month ago I notice they were still charging me their monthly fee for the last 6 Months. I called and their response was we dont do cancellations over the phone. I express I dont want their services anymore and havent put a foot in that facility. To make matters worst they just charge me $42 today for a service I already express to corporate I dont want. They excuse them selves saying The agreement says to go in person. Dont do automatic payment. They have no morals and will rip you off without hesitation! Go ANYWHERE but with them! BBB will learn about this.

Incredible to be honest this gym has rules that are not for normal people trying to get in shape the new rule it’s to bring a lock so you can put you stuff in the bathroom?? So people don’t take stuff from the gym ?? Really who’s it’s so dumb and stupid to takes weights home how do you work out the next ?? The one good thing this gym has was the hours. Now that it is no longer 24/7 i canceled my membership! Youfit is going to lose a bunch of members! Change the hours back before it is too late. The new 24 hour fitness in Miami gardens is a good option if you are looking for a new gym.

They have Daycare!!!!! For an extra fee, of course, but still very, very affordable. My membership, my wifes, and our daughters daycare fee WONT break my bank Love it, Love it!

I came to this gym after Crunch closed down and was looking for a new gym. I unfortunely had a very bad experience with one of the front desk employees by the name of Daniel. This young man was not only on his phone but also talking to other people with his back to the door and ignoring the people coming in. This really made me doubt even joining this gym. I decided to come back another day and had the manager give me a tour of the location. She was a very energetic and kind woman, the complete opposite of the other employee. I will be returning and signing up but truly hope they make a change with the attitude of the late night staff.

Depends on the time of day you decide to workout. Some attendants are nice, others are neutral, but never nasty. The gym itself is small, machines are fairly good and clean. Some of the members can be a bit much with their narcissism, however nothing an adult cannot put up with, just ignore them!!! Five stars, because its the one gym thats open 24 hours, in Hialeah!!!😎

One of my favorite gyms in the South Florida region! The staff here is super friendly and attentive! When I came to sign up, the lady who attended me, Liset, was very kind and explained to me how everything works in detail. Every time I walk in the front desk manages to make me smile, for example... on my birthday, they actually wished me a happy birthday! This gym could get very crowded at times and some members do forget to put weights back but this is just a minor inconvenience! The perfect gym you can join if you don’t want to be stuck in a contract, and only a $10 cancellation fee... you cannot beat that :)

I was supposed to start working out here but truth be told I changed my mind and my husband now goes alone I had never in my life walked into a gym that smells so horrendous! you may need some ventilation in there.. its smell like a septic tank in there come on really!

Can I file a lawsuit on a gym for false advertisement if they say its a 24 hour gym, I sign a contract for a year, and all of the sudden they change it? The staff is amazing, friendly, and always there to help, but you cant sell yourself as a 24 hour gym, get everyone under contract then change it. Whats stopping them from closing at 10 everyday. Bad move by corporate because I am one of many late night gym rats with a Google and Yelp account.

Acceptably well equipped and clean. Despite the number of people, it does not take a few minutes to wait to use the equipment. The quality vs price ratio is excellent!

Unfriendly staff. Left my pass at home and the staff was trying to charge me. I’ve been to many youfit because and never have they tried doing such a thing. I’m not sure what the staff members name was. I think it was Kevin, he is a strong dude maybe in his 20’s with black hair. That’s not the point tho. In general they gym will tell you something but months after you will get random charges to your cc that were never disclosed. If this gym continues this way it won’t be open for long. Please do something about your staff. I agree with every negative comment on this page!!!! Waste of my time and money.

Manager will not be there to refund anything later than 6 so then you have to come back before then. A huge inconvenience because I’m usually working til after 6. Seems like they want to keep your money.

Ive been going to this location before youfit came and took over. I have to say I have really enjoyed the change. The gym is now very clean and the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The manager is also very hard working and very nice. If for some reason theres an issue its always fixed promptly. For a gym thats located in the heart of Hialeah I couldnt ask for more. The membership pricing is also very competive. So if youre looking for a good membership I definitely recommend Youfit.

Gave it only one star because I am not able to give it 0 stars. Horrible customer service. I did the promotion trail with them. Employees are super rude and immature! Didn’t even get a hello due to the fact that they were on there phones. Employees that caught my attention was Gaby & a gentleman by the name of Kevin. Seems as if they hate there job. Not a good image for the franchise. Worst youfit staff I’ve ever met in my life.

The gym is not 24 hours anymore, very disappointed because this was the only 24 hour gym in the area. They also did this out of nowhere without any announcement. Terrible business move on their part.

The gym is small and the membership is cheap, which means it is packed at most hours of the day. They dont have enough staff to keep the gym properly sanitized. Most of the front desk staff is both rude and unhelpful.As well, keep in mind that YouFit does not have a good cancellation process. You will need to go in person and only a manager is authorized to cancel a membership. The staff will try to keep you in a loop to avoid cancellation.

Its amazing! I dont plan on switching any time soon. Has the same low prices as planet fitness but also has way more free weights (benches, bars, squat racks, 90lbs dumbbells, etc.)

I usually go over night and my car got super dirty do to late night construction. But the cleaning lady was super nice she came outside and helped me clean my car.( and she did not have to) she was so kind and sweet.

YouFit is a good gym to be a member of if youre not willing to spend more than $20 a month on a gym membership. For the $10 basic membership fee here, its an okay gym. Ive been coming to this gym for over a year, too.The variety of machines is pretty good. This YouFit has made good use of the available space. However, it should have included more of the popular machines, such as squat racks, bench presses, and abdominal machines.The bathroom is poorly lit and is usually dirty. The staff here cleans regularly though, so I think its more the people that use the bathroom than the lack of cleaning.In regards to the staff, they are pretty friendly and helpful overall. There are some members that work at the desk that will never even greet you when you check in though, so obviously thats never a good thing.Overall, this particular YouFit is not a bad gym to go to if you live nearby.

So Ive been going to THIS youfit for over two years now, more if you count the times i was on and off before. I use to do my workouts at 11 at night normally till 2 am and sometimes went as late as 3 am. To my surprise i went tonight after not having gone in a maybe a month and i find the gym closed. I go back home sad to find out that youfit no longer operates at late hours and yet i checked my email with no mention of it. Worst part is im reading comments and its all the same robotic response of not enough people attending at night. True not a vast majority went but even at 3 am i would see atleast 15 plus people working out at those hours. So management that isnt even there at those hours knows how much business they would have at that hour. Please i would see front desk that was busy cleaning up and wouldnt sign in people walking in because they showed their card from a distance. Yet those 10-15 people that were that making you 10 plus each isnt enough business. I raised my contract recently to include my wife so she could work out with me after we both got out of work at 11 or 12 at night and its pointless now. I hate the mid afternoon at this gym because its so small and its impossible to get a balanced workout. I MIGHT HAVE TO ACTUALLY FIND A NEW GYM NOW AND IT SADDENS ME. I WOULD PAY MY FEE EVEN WHEN I WASNT GOING 6 DAYS A WEEK JUST CAUSE ITS NEARBY AND CONVENIENT FOR WHENEVER I FELT I COULD GO AND RELEASE STRESS AND LIFT WEIGHTS AT 2 AM WITH NO DELAY.

I do not recommend this place, at first they paint everything beautifully, and When they get all your card information then they use that against you to do whatever they want and if you try to back out because they are not doing their part of the deal, then they say that they have your card information and that you signed a contract and you’re stuck with a bunch of useless, irresponsible roid heads that don’t know the first thing of professionalism. DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

Overall good gym but kinda small not many machines when it gets crowded

This is a very unprofessional place, I would not recomend this place do anyone. They start by telling you that they want to help you and that all you need is to join the trainer program and once you sign the contract and give your card number they help you the first couple of weeks and after that the trainers stops showing up and since you signed the contract and they have your card information it doesnt matter if they dont do their part, they are still going charge you every 2 weeks. They will take advantage of you! Dont fall for their tricks!!

Its an okay gym. Its pretty cheap. The only part where they get you is when youre first coming in. Then be prepared to hand over your bank account number because this is where theyre going to be withdrawing the monthly membership from.

Repair or a new water fountain would be appreciated.Lovely healthy and professional ladys on staff.

By far the worst gym experience ive ever had. I signed a contract canceling back in september and i was charged again on december. I have requested a refund multiple times and never got a straight answer. Always come back another day. Its a shame too because my cancelation was only going to be temporary. Now i cant trust them and must look for another gym.
