I wish I could post pictures of the embarrassing arrangement they delivered today. I ordered an arrangement for my daughter for her birthday through FTD.com. The flowers arrived and were truly an embarrassment! I ordered the “Better” one/middle upgrade which should have been full and lush and it was nowhere near that!! More like a $5 bouquet from the grocery store(although that might have been prettier)..They made what should have been a pleasant birthday surprise turn in to a terrible experience.I would give zero stars for my review if possible!!
