This location happens to be one of the Fresco e Mas that is open 24 hours and have the liquor store. That is a major Plus since there arent many great liquor stores in this area of Hialeah not to mention star being open all the time so you can shop at your own convenience they also keep things for a very clean and neat the store manager here is a really great person and does great at their job

Love this Fresco y Mas in our area. Prices, cleanliness, quality, personnel especially Raisa....cashiers have improved tremendously. Sad many of them do not have baggers when they are so busy.

Today 02/07/20 I just arrived at my house after buying food, organizing them with my wife we ​​opened a bag of chicken, total chaos, as it is possible that I buy two bags of chicken and one is expired, with an inpossible bad smell, Time of my receipt 10:34 PM, I was trying to communicate with the store at about 11:30 but no one answers the phone in any department, because it is too late for me to arrive at the store to complain, I wait for an answer and my money and time recovered, thanks hasta el momento es la primera vez que tengo algún problema con respecto a fresco y mas siempre me a gustado pero hoy se pasaron

Ania Perez Customer Service Manager Fresco y Mas Store 0243. Horrible customer service, unprofessional and does not speak English. I contacted Fresco y Mas 1800 number to have my 20x the points fixed. She tried to give me cash for my points. Instead of fixing it in the system and correcting the situation.

Terrible service lines are long one cashier and no one speaks English.

No English whatsoever . cashier was too busy with friend to ring me up in the liquor store . one person working the service desk in the grocery store with a little old man with 500 lottery tickets to print. So I went to the liquor store and I have to stand there for another 2 minutes while the cashier was catching up with his friend.

Way better than the one closer to my home. The staff sprays your hands with sanitizer and gives you paper towels with disinfectant for your cart. Parking is a nightmare in this plaza.

They have only one person in the meat department, I was willing to buy snow crab, but there is only one guy taking care of all meat and seafood dept. The place is lacking a bit of cleaning and customer service. It sucks

Horrible experience at this Fresco location, makes me not want to shop this brand anymore.My experience from beginning to end.Upon arrival to the store, not a single hand sanitizer available (common in many other grocery sites due to COVID)No help was offered by any associate, seemed like some where trying to walk away from the customers.Upon check out:Only 3 registers were open (note that 20 items or less line was closed)Cashier “Martha” never greeted us nor made eye contact. She requested identification in order to complete alcohol purchase and she was provided with it. However Martha seemed unprepared or not trained to handle government issued ID’s and decided to yell at her manager who was standing by the entrance to come to her register. (Note the customer had no idea what’s going on)The manager “Licet” failed to greet the customer and proceeded to state this is normal procedure in Fresco stores, i requested to Licet for her to explain the reasoning behind a customer having to wait because the staff was not properly trained and Licet’s answer was “have a nice day” there is no need to continue this conversation.I left the store with not only disappointment but also surprised this Poor customer relations are used by the Fresco brand.Very disappointing.Sincerely,Luis Padron

Great store. Lots of fresh selections of produce. The liquor store is always amazing with very helpful staff. Parking lot can be nightmarish.

Adjacent right next door but not located in Fresco y mas because there is a separate entrance. The store is fully stocked everything from Hennessy to Jack Daniels. All size bottles. Full selection of liquorMay have to show your i.d. to make a purchase. Most liquor stores carry a small section of beer and wine but not much if not any at all.

If u have time to wait, go there. Worst fresco ever

Winn Dixie is now Fresco y Mas. Although Winn Dixie had the same issue, you can now forget finding someone who speaks English to help you find an item.Im not saying I wont shop here; when it was Winn Dixie, most of the staff didnt speak a lick of English, and it was tough ask for an item you can only say or had an English name. I would get the deer in the headlights look, and had no clue of what I was trying to say. Fresco y Mas is an all Spanish grocery store, English not required to work here. Better polish up on my Spanish.

Very disgusting! I wish I would have captured a picture of their produce section but I was just so disgusted with what I saw.I came in to purchase unshucked corn for my sons Thanksgiving feast and was very disappointed with the selection. The corn silk on each ear of corn that was present was brown. The audacity for them to even keep that out there. Does anyone not check the selection of products upon opening or onboarding of their shift.I will never come back to this location.

Best fresco in hialeah. Great customer service, theres always plenty of carts, shame they took out the redbox from here cause I usually only go to this fresco. Older man in the seafood section is a sweetheart. Conveniently located in 1 of the best shopping plazas in hialeah.

Clean and good prices. Sometimes long wait times but it more due to the type of people in the area than the store it self. Has an inside little cafe with hot food and tables and all really nice add on... and too everyone complaining about not speaking English come on its in hialeah and they get paid minimum wage cant expect a lot.

Affordable. Good Quality. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the bathrooms are DISCUSTING I believe anywhere food is being sold the bathrooms should be cleaned because it makes me wonder how clean the staff is.

While waiting for car to be fixed took grandson to eat something for lunch. The lady at the hot food section refused to serve him another side of the 2 he could choose. She told him he had to get RICE a protein and something else. He was hungry and we had to get the rice. $5.99 was the price. Not going again to 183rd St & Red Rd.

The best quality in foods. The meat department a great selection in grease less meats they look fresh and a healthy color the ground meat, beef stakes. Churrasco, the fish and best prices in town thank you for helping and providing the best quality foods

Ive never been here in my life. However, I can tell you that the cashiers DO NOT check ID for big purchases being made with a credit card. My card was stolen and used at this location for over $200. If they would have checked the ID, they would have caught that. Be careful!

This store over charged for waterwhen my Fresco was out during the recent Hurricane Dirian scare. They were charging $7.99 for a 24 pack of Aquafina. Went to my Fresco last nightand they were restocked with multiple brands however this same brand 24 pack going for $3.99. This was 2 days later. Should be a law against this type of overcharging and this store is refusing to return this over priced water to boot. I will never shop this site again and will be reporting them to SE Grocery corporate offices as soon as they open.

Friendly service, clean bathrooms, clean market. Not smelly like all other Fresco I have visited.

Love the location and the customer service. However, alot of the products I normally would purchase from this Winn Dixie before they changed the name are no longer in stock. Which means after shopping here, I still need to go to Winn Dixie.

I gave it 3 stars because the deli is very very limited and the meats are not the best quality.With that said, their store is clean, has lots of checkout lanes and yes they are manned.They have a good variety in the meat dept. The ready made food is good, not stale or old like in previous winn dixie.

They are sanitizing the carts and your hands at the entrance also prices are same since before the covid 19 !

This is about the store located on 37th Ave and 7th street NW. I was very pleased with Winn Dixie for many years, now the quality of the merchandise has declined in general and there are employees re-storing everywhere, always in the way of real customers, so rude that I was looking for bread and one of them came over my shoulder to straighten a pile without even say excuse me . The lines are horrible, about 30 min or more of wait probably due to the lack of training of the register attendants because you dont see too many old faces. I also have to say or ask in a non complimentary manner Who came out with the black and yellow logo ?
