There is a buy one get one free on bentancourt Carnitine. It seems to get clumpy if not refrigerated. Anyway they have moved into a smaller location. it’s impossible to keep 6 feet distance due to the cramped nature of the new location, but maybe this is better then shutting down completely. They also seem to have a wide selection of supplements. They just need more courteous staff

Everything is reasonably priced and a lot of vitamins are on sale because of theyre moving to another place all in all theyre very nice people very attentive and it was no body in line. In-N-Out!!!

They just want to sell you to show sales on their report and when they cant deliver on their products they ignore you and you find out the real non-customer service. I visited this Hialeah, Florida location past Saturday 3/14/2020 to get Vitamin C with Rose Hip. The CSR (employee) explained because the big demand they did not have at store and guarantee if I order and pay today it will get to store by Wednesday or by the latest on Friday. She help me create a new account (Im a first time customer) and processed order and charge my card. Ive been calling since past Wednesday. Today is Tuesday 3/24/2020 and still no answer to where is my order. I log in my account now to check and shows no orders in my account. Im a new customer and so far Im very dissapointed with your service or the willing to keep me and my family as continued customers. Every day I called is like the game of pass the ball as I have to speak to 2 or 3 people to be told: maybe we get today, with no certainty of when. In one of the calls people where laughing on the back and before being transfer I heard a gentleman say: Another one of those order that never going to receive! They are no even tring to track the order. My son order from one of your competitors the same Saturday and he received since past thursday. I sent these concern by email listed on their website by Where is my order (looks like they do this often to customers all the time that they have a link just for lost orders) and got confirmation of they receiving my request, and have not got an answer back. I even resent with this message: Please help me confirm if Im ever getting what I order or do I have to go to store and ask for my money back? I have a business and would not guarantee if I cant deliver. Thats call bait and switch! Thank you for your help in advance!Today I went to store to be told the order got cancel by them due to they did not have it. While the customer attended by other CSR was telling the same thing I was told: we dont have regular vitamin C but we have a lot of the Vitamin C with Rose Hips. Now they say the will return my money with in 5 to 10 days and would not give me nothing in writing or even send me a confirmation of refund email. This is abuse to the consumer and will be reporting this to BBB and to all social media. Never again will buy anything from The Vitamin Shoppe. Will review them again on how they handle my complaint.

Please someone make sure that this feedback gets sent to the person in charge of this employee, it is very important to my family and I. On the 15th of March 2019 I went into your store in Hialeah the address is: 1195 W 49 St, Hialeah FL 33012, I go there every two weeks to pick up some shakes my mother and I take, and i was checking out your special, and a supplement caught my eye and i wanted to receive information on it because my daughter since middle school 6 grade has been having sort of an issue with her digestive system and doctors have not been able to find the root of this issue. So this gentlemen by the name of Willy who always is so friendly and helpful. He always ask me if i need help, and when i told him something that was going on with my daughter he recommended some natural probiotics and a supplement. Can you believe that with the help of God and this beautiful employee my daughter has apparently some way healed. She is still taking the supplements recommended by your employee, But her mood is amazing she feels like living, she was so depressed because of this thing we never knew it could be something that was found in that supplement. She had acne and her face is clearing up, she can eat anything, she could not. I have been in appointment over appointment with my child and no answer. I had to share this because this is something a mother has to be very thankful for. Please see that this employee is taking care of. I called him and he slightly remembered until i told him what we spoke about and he ask for my phone number and remembered and was so happy. You dont understand the stress i have had for several years. And God First was the answer for putting me in the way of this employee. I am blessed to have had met him in the moment of need. Not a pleasant experience.I’ve been a regular customer from this store for a while and everything was alright until today. A couple of months ago I made a return at the store and the guy that did it his name was zack I believe told me He couldn’t gave me cash back only store credit and I told him it was ok, He made the return and gave me a receipt which I later lost. Long story short came back to the store today and a lady that was there checked the system and I didn’t have any credit, she said the guy may have put it in a different phone number by mistake. I got no discount no anything, I had to pay full price for what I purchased. I don’t usually give 1 star but this time they deserve it, I don’t enjoy when people miss places my money.
