Excellent service and quality. I had an issue with my doors and the owner gave me a call and until i was not completely satisfied she did not stop following up with me. Will definitely come back for my next renovation.

I was impressed by Belkis Hernandez, it was my first impression she took her time and listen to all of my concerns to be able to provide for me the best possible options and when she thought maybe someone else could give me a different opinion she had me talking to Ginamarie Romero and here is where my head was blown out, the level of knowledge was amazing and there was nothing but courtesy and she even stayed past closing time to help me and that is what I call amazing service, I will keep coming here and recommend this place to everyone I know.

Placed a large order for my home after having decent experience with them on several spec builds. Doors took months to arrive and several were missing. Placed a new order and had to wait months as well. During this time I received little to no communication. Another missing door and one that came in the wrong style and they refused to replace. Because of this Im no longer using them for future projects. I suggest using one of the many other companies in the area.

This lumber company has terrible customer service. Nobody wants to help you out. After a while looking for help and everyone was on the phone I left.

If you need help with doors ask for Gina Romero! She is knowledgeable, proactive, professional and really cares. She will tell it like it is and educate you as to all your choices and information to keep in mind. Youll be in good hands!

Extremely disappointed at this company and its lack of Customer Service. We paid in full for an impact door and were extremely patient, waiting three (3) months for a door that was supposed to be delivered in one (1 month, 4 weeks). The company didnt event bother to follow up with us and we were chasing them to get an answer. We have been waiting almost three months for a door that was supposed to be delivered in four weeks. We have been constantly chasing you and your company to get an answer and trusted you were going to deliver after requesting a written confirmation, which you can see below.Friday 3/15 passed and you didnt even bother to call to tell us the door was not coming. We spent the whole day waiting for a truck to show up at our place. After your lack of care, my wife called you (again) the following week on Wednesday, and you put her on hold for 30 minutes to wait in vain, since a co-worker of yours picked up the phone telling my wife that you were not available and that you were going to call us back. Thank you Priscilla! You are a lifesaver! I placed an order on the Ace Hardward corporate site over 3 weeks ago and my items never arrived. When I contacted customer support (I was on hold for over an hour), they said that my local store was responsible for the delivery. This made no sense to me, since I placed the orders SHIP TO HOME, not STORE DELIVERY, or PICK UP IN STORE. Also, I never received an email from Ace corporate notifying me of my order status OR of these shipping arrangments, and my emails to their customer service department were never answered. So I contacted Nachon (A.K.A Ace Hardware Hialeah) and they were never told about my order. They have nothing to do with orders placed on the corporate site to SHIP TO HOME (makes sense), but Priscilla was nice enough to get the items together and delivered to my home the same day!!! The customer service that I received from Ace Hardward Hialeah was great. Again, thank you!

Although Ive driven past Nachon Lumber many times, I only recently went inside, when I noticed they sell Kwikset and Emtek locks & handles. Before that, I thought they were just a lumber yard (hint to the owner: Change the name to something like Nachon Home Improvement. That way you can retain the family name & legacy while letting potential customers know that youre more than just lumber). I went in, and Carolina & Gina were eager to help me find what I needed. They were both knowledgeable & friendly. After narrowing down the right solutions, I placed the order and was told that everything would be in within a week. The orders were delayed, and nothing was ready when i needed it (over a week & a half). To be fair, Nachon doesnt have full control over when the suppliers send and dont, and Gina showed me that the supplies had been ordered on their end in a timely fashion. Gina also substituted another, more expensive, lock / handle combo for the one I ordered so that I could have it when I needed it, and she did not charge me the difference. That is excellent customer service! All in all, I recommend Nachon and will use them again.

Amazing Customer Service from the moment you enter. The store is very neat & they have knowledgable staff ready to assist. Being a Realtor in the area I like to shop locally & send business to places I have positive experiences with. I highly recommend you visit this store to familiarize yourself with all they have to offer.You will be pleasently surprised its much more than just lumber, it is a home improvement center for the public & contractors with a hometown feel. They have been a staple to the community for many years. I usually feel intimidated walking into the larger home improvement stores & its always a mission to find a truly knowledgable person to assist. Not the case at Nachon...When I was in need of an interior door Gina was so nice & knowledgable that she made the entire process easy & informative. The customer service was outstanding and I was confident with my purchase. They even went above & beyond to get my door finished within the rush timeframe I needed. I am very grateful for their attention & assistance even the supervisor (or owner) took it upon herself to help me the first time I visited with design ideas & pricing, customer service at its finest!Update: I received my door on time & in perfect condition!
