I was very happy when I saw this company with so many excellent ratings and decided to buy our pool with them given the reviews were so great,I had such a terrible experience to say the least. After purchasing the pool package and waiting almost 2 months for the installation they called me to cancel the installation 2 days before our install date with a very non convincing excuse, It is very hard to believe that this company had only 1 installer and no-one was available to install our pool on the day they gave us, they gave me the number for an independent installer for me to call and set up everything with him, I did not purchase the pool package with that person I bought the package with them. I ended up cancelling because I did not have that sense of security, if something would have happened with the installation and or the pool I would have been in the middle and at the end of the day no-one would have been liable for damages if any. Buyer beware this company is not reliable and that is NOT the way of doing business. If I could give -0 stars to this company I absolutely would.

We bought a 21 ft round pool and paid for the install and it was worth every penny!!The Installers for the pool were amazing too.We Had a Coleman pool last year and trying to get it level was a nightmare.
