Terrible customer service, I needed just a simple rubber, black o-ring, and when i walked in the store, the guy behind the counter told me no without even looking at it or measuring it. This is very unprofessional. I will take my money somewhere else.

I got a threat there that they was going to call 911 because on the second story and they dont like to have people there but that was the hotel room`s door.. we where just there to look at ( Okeechobee Rd) to take pictures of cool cars and trucks.if you the owner of truck parts please talk to the last Room There at south

These people are scammers. they sold me parts for my truck as original Fontaine parts as original and they were after market parts. Not only that but when I came back to return the part because it was not the one i needed for my truck they said they couldnt refund the money because i was missing a washer . they sold me this kit with the washer missing and not they dont want to admit that . I am never buying anything from them anymore. I used to buy all the parts I needed there but I will never step foot on that store again.. I will make sure that all my friend truckers know about the type of people they are so they dont buy there either.

This is the last truck part that can be visited, they do not clarify anything to the clients, I bought a PTO for a dump and I put it with a crack. The answer from the man who sold it was that it has no guarantee. And it was the next day, it was not used, it was only mounted. Please do not visit people who know you. It is the worst decision. Better go to Solomons is half a mile behind. I have to wait 15 days for a response and cost 416.22. Thanks

The worst and most expensive seen in Florida. Be careful when making any hoses, they do what they want when, you are going to claim they are impossible. They do not accept returns and less listen to the customer.
