Ordered a calibration solution. Upon opening box it was in a bag that was wet. Called customer service several times. Could not leave a message because mailbox was full. Repeated calling (about 8 times) until a gentleman answered. He spoke spanish and I do not. I tried explaining what was going on. After about 30 seconds of trying to communicate I rudely got hung up on. Tried calling back, no answer.

Forget Homedepot, forget lowes and forget Walmart. Florida garden supply in Hialeah ALWAYS has everything I need for my plants and at the best prices. The lady who always attends me gives me discounts and keeps me current with their inventory. Super friendly staff and clean environment. All of their supplies are high quality.

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Trying to reach and communicate with this customer service team has been a headache and time consuming. Do not give them your business…

How is this place even still in business? Ive gone to this store maybe 8 times in the past 2 months and i could promise you Ive gone for the last time. the employees here look miserable and when Ive asked them for help they seem like they have no idea what they’re talking about. maybe back then this could’ve been a prestigious store from the reviews Ive read on here, but with the experiences Ive had and from recent reviews it makes those good reviews look phony and misleading. This is not a great store with great attention their employees seem to have little if any knowledge about hydroponic grows. Their prices are more expensive than amazon. They push a line called xtreme nutrients that they swear is the “off brand” canna?? They also sell LED lights that they bought from Alibaba and push it as their own product. Im done going to this store and recommend new growers to avoid this store. I will be searching for a new grow store.

Look when I came here they didnt have any products at all, the staff that works here are an old lady who doesnt know anything and a little guy with mirrors that doesnt stop trying to sell an xtreme line when I keep asking for canna. very bad experience I do not return !!!
