Recently I had Beautiful Mail box install a new box at my home. I must say I was impressed with the excellent customer service, installation and most of all Sherry, the owner, follow-up to ensure I was totally satisfied.I highly recommend Beautiful Mailbox to any homeowner or business.

Everything came very quickly and was exactly as I expected. However our mailbox had been painted a few times and the bolts were really in there so we has a few break off when they were being removed. My husand was able to fix this, but perhaps a word of caution with the hinge replacement kit!Our mailbox is looking great again!

Ordered the spring for a neighbor’s mailbox. Arrived sooner than expected. Product was high quality. Springs had lots of tension which helps keep the door shut. If I need another I will definitely be buying from Beautiful Mailbox.

Our community recently purchased 82 mailboxes from this company. Not only was the product exactly as described, the company installed everyone of them in one day without any problem. This company left all the sites cleaner than before installation.We recently experienced a paint defect on several boxes, and the company immediately delivered the replacement pieces at no charge.What a great company to deal with !! Paid 100% several months ago for a mailbox. I have been reaching out every week or two to get our mailbox replaced. Requested a courtesy temporary installation, an escalation contact. It has been in “scheduling”, no updates. Occasional email responses . Terrible customer service, not sure we will ever get our mailbox while our current one is broken and not functional this whole time. Go elsewhere if you have a choice.

The owner responded to my original post so im updating the review. After i posted finally the installer arrived and set up my mailbox. So. Thank you. The review however is 2 star for the terrible customer service from the woman who answered the phone in the office.I ordered a new mailbox and for 3 weeks i was told they will come install the mailbox. Then nothing. No one showed up. No one called to provide any status or confirm reschedule date. So i had to called the office to find out what happened. No apologies were ever extended by the woman answered the phone. I was told it will be installed on a next available day.So i waited and each time its the same. No one came. Numerous phone calls and multiple no shows later. My mailbox still has not been delivered. I understand there may be unexpected circumstances that can cause delay and missed appointments. Alas, After 3+ missed appointments, my mailbox arrived.The most unpleasant part is the office staff. The woman who answered the phone (not sure if it was the same person) was unapologetic, defensive and indifferent. I realize she is not personally responsible for the multiple missed appointments. Customer service and phone skills are not her strong suit. She certainly was not helpful nor offered any real solution to the problem.Since you represent the company, please try to be more courteous and helpful to your customers.

Our community selected the Beautiful Mailbox Company to replace our aging mailboxes 2 years ago. They still look great.Excellent follow up be their customer service team.

Beware - Beautiful Mailbox Company has quite simply some of the worst customer service Ive encountered. Our HOA mandated we use them to replace our mailbox which someone had run over. Fine. Ok. I called and was told that we have to pay in full for the mailbox up front and wait 30 days. We ordered in Mid Feb. It is now nearly the end of April. #1 - In this day and age I really could have used that $300 in my checking account instead of padding theirs for 60 + days. #2 - When I called to inquire three weeks ago they said my order had been mistakenly installed at someone elses home, that they will get some more boxes painted and installed in a a week. Ed, the manager promised he would follow up personally. Three weeks went by and we heard nothing. I call again, Eds not available but lo and behold, we are on the installation list for the very next day! No call, Nothing. Just ya, we were coming out. Honestly the way it came off made me think that is exactly what probably happened to our mailbox the month before. Someone called in and they just grabbed whatever they had regardless. Oh and yes, Ed did call back. I could literally hear the indifference in his voice. Not once did he offer an apology he just simply stated that is how they operate. HOAs please check around, there has got to be a better, other options for you to choose from if this is what your homeowners have to deal with.4/26/21 Update. The company VP did reach out as promised and offered a partial refund as a gesture of good faith along with an apology, both were gladly accepted. I hope they are able to turn things around for future customers.

They did an amazing job. Eliana was our point of contact and she was always very responsive. The installer did a great job and was very professional. We are an HOA and had 65 mailboxes installed.

Needed a replacement spring hinge for my mother-in-laws mailbox. Used the Beautiful Mailbox Company website to order the part. The part was shipped the same day as ordered and I received tracking info with shipping confirmation. My local PO ended up losing the package somewhere within the PO. I called Beautiful Mailbox Company and they had one dropped off at my house next day. Great customer service would highly recommend this company.

Approximately a year ago we used Beautiful Mailbox to purchase and install new street signs in our community. They have recently worked with us and our budget and our community now has new mailboxes. They respond quickly, are professional and worked well with everyone involved.

I had an issue with the paint peeling off the top of my mailbox and contacted Beautiful Mailbox to see what could be done. I provided pictures and details via email. A few weeks later I picked up my mail and noticed I had a shiny new mailbox. I am glad they recognized the problem and simply took care of it. Excellent customer service!

Easy to find the part on their web site. I guess they know what fails. It was easy to order and came in a few days. If you have one of their mailboxes, I wouldnt go anywhere else for the parts.

We needed another washer to hold the flag kit on tightly -- a simple small round plastic washer fastened to the inside of the mailbox. Our Beautiful Mailbox experience is so far from its name. The business location in Hialeah is Deplorable. I couldnt believe how disgusting the place was where they had customers come to buy touch up products. No place to sit and everything in sight was falling apart. The customer service was aweful providing no guidance or direction to insanely over priced maintenance products.

About ten years ago our HOA mandated our development standardize our mailboxes. Beautiful Mailboxes was the approved vendor. Many of us thought they were a little pricey, even though they had the best quality product. I chose a mailbox and post I liked and did not realize the price included installation, which made it an excellent value. We woke up one morning to find a “Beautiful Mailbox” installed at the end of our driveway complete with house numbers. A decade later we still appreciate the quality of their products. I have only replaced the spring/hinge assembly and was pleased to find this replacement part is readily available online at their website, inexpensive and delivered promptly (two days). The company stands behind their products with a good warrantee and I expect they will remain in business for years to come. Our mailbox has withstood Sun, hurricanes and has been hit twice by vehicles. No damage was sustained due to the superior construction of the mailbox. I simply picked it up and put it back in the same hole. I’m also pleased with the ease of removing the mailbox from the pole which is attached by four nuts and bolts, easy to reach and reinstall later. Recently I repainted the box and post with a quality spray paint and it looks as good as the day it was installed. The name of this company “Beautiful Mailbox” is appropriate and its beauty is more than skin deep. I highly recommend this company.

I have never ever received such cold customer service in my life! Not only that, when I placed a phone call to follow up with my order, they said they would transfer the phone, yet the phone went to silence. Nobody explained to me whether the person who can help me is there, or not there, is on the phone or whether I prefer leaving a message. Once, twice, three times! When the person finally got on the phone and she is not apologetic at all. The level how they disregard a paying customer is appalling! Unbelievable.

Unbeleivably terrible service. They sent me a new hinge that did not fit. Then they told me we sent the correct spring, you have the wrong mailbox you cannot make this stuff up.

This was the most frustrating time with the repair of a mailbox that was damaged. I was told the broken one would be collected in 5 working days taken away and repaired, while a temporary one would be put in its place, and with in 4 weeks the job would be completed. Well it is now finally finished after 4 MONTHS. The last straw was when the final mailbox was installed they had the incorrect number on it and I was told they would mail me the number and I could stick it on. I refused to do that so they eventually had it corrected. Hope I never have to use this company again.
