Worked with Jose L, he was a doll. We called because we missed our turn and the store was closing in 2 minutes he stated behind over an hour with us to get us the mattress of our dreams. We highly recommend Mattress Kings!

I visited this store yesterday because I needed a new mattress for my grandmother. My grandmother had an old mattress that was causing her lower back pain and aches. I spoke to Edwin upon entering the store and was immediately helped. He helped me narrow down my choices and ultimately chose the best mattress for my grandmothers needs. Not too firm, but not too soft that she would not be able to get out of bed. Totally recommend this place! My grandmother could not be any happier!

After going to mattress firm and having the worst experience. I then went to mattress kings and spoke with Jose L who was very kind and very helpful in finding the bed we needed . After we found the right bed and Jose continuously tried to help by lowering the price and adding in extras . We will definitely return in the future

Jose aleman gave us the best mattress buying experience we could ever have. My husband and I have been stalling on buying a mattress and we finally built the courage to get one after our mattress finally gave out. Walking in we had no idea what to even look for and were even hesitant to get on the beds. Super horrible customer service and horrible mattress that ruined our experience as customers and ruined our lifes and our body with physical pain. Problem started 4/05/2020. Purchase Date 04/04/20. Model of Mattress:11286. Sales order:0532683 Payment for Mattress:$1,039.82 payment method: Visa Split Pay. Sales Representative Names : Edwin Torres and Richey/Richard. To start off, we had to go from One Sales representative in one location in hialeah florida to the next because the First Representative was giving lazy barely wanting to work customer service, Both Sales Representatives were explained that Both me and my girlfriend suffer from severe back pains, Neither wanted to do an exchange of a different mattress from the mattress I purchased NOT EVEN A WEEK AGO. Me and my girlfriend had to go to the hospital due to the massive disgusting back pain we got from the horrible mattress we were provided after the purchase was made which was NOTHING close to what We were offered with our money. Unless this company wants a lawsuit for making me head to the hospital for making my back have so much pain that I cant even walk. I want a full refund Horrible customer service experience ive ever had and would never recommend mattress king ever again for the lack of consideration for damaging my back with severe back pains with this horrible mattress.
