Awesome service every time you walk through the door. I purchased my first motorcycle from them in 2021 and the purchasing experience was incredible, the sales staff Eddie & Rick are amazing guys to work with and will get you on that bike you crave. Another amazing experience was it was time to do first service, Luis at the service department made sure to not only service the bike but also provide invaluable tips for the care and maintenance of my new motorcycle which were welcome as a new rider. Definitely the place you want to go if you are seeking to get on that brand new shiny (or used) motorcycle!

I purchased a kawasaki jet ski used. Looked in mint condition. Told me selling points were it came with a trailer had a cover and 3 jackets. At 7499 it was 1000 over ave retail. But they sold me on the fact it was supercharged. Fast at 60+ mph. So I bought it believed them on showroom floor. The reverse lever didnt work. Mechanic jiggled rear plate that moves to make lever work. Said there ya GO it has never worked. Trailer lights dont work cover is rotted. Top speed is only 52-55 on calm tee reverse didnt work then I found water in oil contaminated. Jet ski is currently back at dealer. Mechanic makes excuses and seems to be in no hurry putting me up front quickly to make it right?? Shabby to say the least at 8200

I found a remarkable deal online and went in to check out the bike. Rick was nice enough to start the bike for me and run me through its history. Minutes into my visit I was leaving a deposit and arranging the pick-up.Rick was very professional throughout the sales process and had plenty of patience for me and all my questions.A few days later, and once it became clear that one of the tires had a flat spot, the service department was able to swap the tires for new ones charging me for labour cost only - I appreciated this grand gesture immensely as the team went out of their way to service the customer.I am nothing but very pleased with the whole experience. Palmetto Motorsports is a place full of genuine people and I would recommend it highly!

A+ experience... the deal was so good I drove 5hrs one direction to male my purchase. Customer service was spot on. I had the pleasure of working with a couple of the owners and they treated us like family. Great place and great people.

Covid has really made a mess out of new motorcycle stock levels and far too many dealerships are tacking on outrageous fees for in demand motorcycles.I emailed the fine folks over at Palmetto for a couple quotes on some in-demand motorcycles and Todd came back with completely reasonable no BS quotes very quickly. Contrast to the other five dealers in South Florida that all were at least $500 more and in two cases over $1500 more than the quotes from Palmetto. It isnt like Palmettos quotes were too good to be true it is that they arent tacking on absurd out-the-door fees.Anyway, I am still in the process of purchasing but so far the experience has been pleasant.

Browsed the inventory online, called the shop and was assisted by Rick. He was able to put a hold on the bike I wanted. Showed up that following weekend to test the bike, purchase went smoothly.Rick even helped arrange delivery back across the alley.Overall very pleased with the service! The shop had a decent inventory, as well as a ton of gear to browse. Their parts department was busy, yet very helpful!

TERRIBLE customer service!!! They answer the phone like theyre at their own home. Holler WHAT in your ear if they dont catch something you said. Bought a motorcycle and my registration gets filed away rather than sent to me. So I now have a motorcycle I can not legally ride until they do their part. All while giving me attitude as if I did something to cause this. Guess I did, I spent thousands in their business so I guess my support of your business begged for me to be the one left hanging. Asked very politely to have it over nighted, i spent thousands and an over night would be a few dollars, and RAY sighs and proceeds to say he will see what he can do rather than assuring me it would be taken care of. I would never recommend this dealership. Replace your staff with people who actually care.

The only reason that this place isnt getting 1 star is because the gear department is great. Very helpful, kind and useful.The sales department is garbage. Trying to be polite, I asked if it was okay to sit on the bikes. The lady I asked kept implying Id drop the bike, even though Ive owned two motorcycles now. Tried to get a test ride and the salesperson was incredibly rude, and even questioned my credit and said that I may not even qualify for a finance. Total waste of time unless youre willing to blindly buy a motorcycle, NEVER buying bikes from this place. Will gladly drive further to not deal with the B.S.

I do NOT RECOMEND the service shop from Palmetto Motorsports, my bike was there for 2 months for fuel sensor change, light switch change and oil change, after two months went to pick up the bike, oil change wasnt done,AFTER 2 MONTHS!! so this morning i went to put fuel and it just started pouring everywhere!!! i called Palmetto and the answer was ohhh yes yes.. i have the O ring here you can come an pick it up!! unbelievable!! its sad to see a great business like Palmetto motorsports getting killed by poor service.. when i mentioned this issue to my group most of the had a negative comment of the service department, they damaged the tpms, brake pad change and they didnt do it.. does the owner fallow up on the service of his business?? SAD.BUT I must say! parts and accesories MARIO is the man!!! what a great guy!!!

We went to the dealership looking for Husqvarna vitpilens 401 - 4 of them. they had 2 in stock. however, they were accommodating enough to order 2 for us immediately. Rick, our sales guy was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The financing was easy and fast. They got us a great financing deal. Richard, the finance guy was awesome as well. The entire experience was well worth the travel from Boca to them. They got our bikes delivered sooner than we expected which was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Every single time I’ve tried buying a bike here. The salesmen never fail in being disrespectful. Due to my age “24” no salesmen here takes me seriously. I have to seek them out for help and when I ask they brush me off. I’ve been told that “you probably can’t finance this bike anyways.” I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I really wanted to write a good review. I saw a crf110 on cycletrader and decided to contact the seller which was Palmetto Motorsports. I was contacted by Eddie and he had said they had the bike in stock and it wasnt completed yet and that they can ship it to me in California where im located. The price i was told from him was agreed upon and i wanted to move forward with the price but before i could pay he called me and let me know there was a mistake and that the bike was $600 more than what i was told. I asked if they could speak with a manager to get some relief on this or if there was anything they could do and got nothing. Too bad i really wanted to buy the bike!

Ask for Mario at parts and accessories. Great guy, and he knows what he’s talking about. Only downside is they close at 5pm.

Excellent service. I took my bike in for an oil change and a new rear tire. They took care of me right away and were very helpful and knowledgeable. I showed up at just the right time as they got very busy right after they took my bike in. Service was fairly quick and I had time to browse their selection of gear and bikes in the store. The service manager in the office was great though I can’t remember his name! I can’t speak for their sales department but their service department is top notch!

Parts department are the best. Service department sucks and take way too long. They even lost a part while changing my front brake pads. Thankfully its a very inexpensive part to replace.

We had the worst experience ever in a dealership. We was waiting for more than 10 min while the place was empty and no one stop to help us, looks Like talk to colleagues is more interesting. After the waiting, a guy came and ask “ do you have any question”, we said we saw a motorcycle online and he said ironically: “ so?” We just left. It was disrespectful, careless. Do not waste your time. Maybe for parts it is a good place but to buy it: noooo, never again stop by.

As we were just browsing. Dont let my 3 stars detour you. Good selection of bikes a few nice vintage track bikes on display. Lots of riding gear but nothing special. Fairly poor selection of tank bags and cases. No one tried to help. Which is good. Unless you want help.

Rating 5 stars because the guy at the parts counter is the definition of multi tasking. He was assisting 4 customers at a time and 1 on the phone and still managed to get everyones things in a reasonable amount of time. They really should hire another person for parts.

I am preaproved with my own finanance company i shopped the website i knew what bike i wanted i went in looked for it found it sat on it no sales man came up to me i looked at other bikes walking around hoping a sales person would come up to me and nothing jumped in my car went to another place still cant find the one i want and i refuse to go back

Ive been bringing my 1991 Suzuki GSX1100G to these guys for six years. Years ago I wrote a positive review, and heres another one. I suddenly had an electrical failure on my bike so that my brake lights, dash lights, horn, and blinkers stopped working. I noticed the fuse was blown out, so I replaced that and it blew out immediately. I sent an email to Palmetto Motorsports and got a response within 10 minutes. I was told to stop by at my convenience just to make sure that the fuse was not the problem. I got there and was given a few fuses to try out. On my way out to the bike, the service guy, Torque, notices me, asks me whats wrong, and I explain it to him. He stops in the middle of what he was doing to have a look. He couldnt find anything obvious. Then he looks at me and says, I dont want you riding without a brake light. Roll it in. I told him I didnt have an appointment and he repeated that I should get the bike in the garage. 20 minutes later the problem was found and shown to me. Within 10 minutes of that, the problem was fixed. These guys take care of their customers and take pride in their excellent work. Theyre the best in all of South Florida.Today (two years later) I reached 100,000 on my bike, thanks in part to Palmetto Motorsports. Theyre the best.

I bought my KTM RC390 Cup from here, the sales person was great ! but one day after, the bike didnt start, so I toke it to the service and they told me that they have 2 weeks waiting time and after that will take another 2 weeks or more to fix it, they told me they are short stuffed on mechanics and it is a long time problem they have, Also they refuse to make any extra efforts to speed up the process.... So, I called RIVA Motorsports, in 1 day they service the bike and FIX the problem, If I knew that before hand I will bought my bike from RIVA.

I have never been able to visit the store unfortunately but I bought a bike from them a few years ago.A RM250 year 2008, last production year of that bike so far I know. The bike came in several parts due to our local customs but I have to say that those guys went through a great deal of trouble to make me a happy customer.I got the bike with a new top end installed, something happening pretty seldom these days. The complete sale was over Email and phone and they complied to the letter.Thanks guys really you did a great job, I still own that bike. :)

WOW! What a beautiful store! Very accomodating parts dept, very fair pricing. Parts counter pretty busy but worth the wait. Full service, parts, sales, all in one store. Sales dept did NOT hound me and pressure me like they do at car dealerships. They let me brouse around and check out the bikes on my own time then answered every question with expert knowledge!
