Was promised 20 chairs for a Christmas Eve event at my home tomorrow. Just called to reconfirm tomorrow’s delivery and suddenly it was a “miscommunication.” Unfortunately I can’t do anything about it as the conversations were mostly verbal but I’d hope anyone reading this learns from my mistake and stays far far away from this type of unprofessional conduct.
