I just wanted to send you a short note and explain how your man Fernando Ponce has gone above & beyond to help me out of a jam.Last Thursday at approx 5:45pm I called Fernando on his cell phone and explained to him that I was in desperate need of traffic paint. He without hesitation told me to meet him at your Hialeah warehouse at 9pm in the evening to pick up traffic paint to keep me running for the next day.I cannot begin to explain to you the situation I would have been in had he not gone above & beyond to help me out, I most likely would have lost a very good customer.
