I just called TNT based on an Amazon purchase. I ordered a hex screw from TNT, but when I received the package, it looked like it had been opened, and the tool was missing. When I called, the delightfully pleasant lady on the phone apologized and sent me another hex screw immediately. Awesome!

Ordered generator cord. 3 weeks later, received a plastic plumbing fitting. Package showed at post office 2 miles from my house 4 times, and kept being shipped back out to 4 different states. Tried messaging about delay and was told they didnt have any info, only that they shipped it. Now it says they will issue refund in 14 days. Dont fall for the cheap deals with this shady company going by Junipers on Amazon!
