Very nice people work there. The lobby is nice with good Christian music playing. They did a computerized alignment on my car and good time. 30 minutes tops. They have good prices too! It now runs straight and I dont worry about running my tires. I will be back.

This place is great! The staff are very nice and easy to talk to. I love the atmosphere here, I feel comfortable when waiting for my car. I like that I can see as they work on my car. The music and book selection is nice too! This is the place I choose every time I have a car need.

Been to countless tire shops this one is by far the best I have ever experienced in my life. They really take care of you and go the extra mile for satisfaction. Will definitely drive 3 hours to come back for something.

We got stranded they did EVERYTHING the could for us. Even checked for a warranty. Sadly we had to tow home, but I after being worried and in a strange town they treated us very well and took extremely good care of my family even though we didnt get service there. Amazing people.

Went to get new tires. Price was very reasonable. Actually less expensive then other places I checked. They were very experienced, quick and even shined my custom rims.( they were filthy) great place. Definitely recommended.

I got to work this morning and realized I had a flat. I called Andrew to see if I could bring the car by during my lunch hour to have it repaired. He said well take care of it. A technician came to my work, put on my spare and took my car to the shop. I ended up having to have the tire replaced. When they were all finished they brought it back to me at work. Tammy took my payment over the phone. Talk about going the extra mile! I truly appreciate the care and service that was given to me! 2👍👍!

I have had many great experiences at Momentum of Gastonia although wanted to give a special shout out to Terry who took time out from working on another vehicle and corrected the tire pressure on my car. He probably wandered what the heck is this guy doing when I pulled up to the garage door right behind the car he was working on. I told him I had been to four gas station air service machines and all were off line and thought I would just swing by Momentum and see if they can help. So I pulled in and Darlene asked me how could she help and I told her I need to have some air put in my tires due to a low pressure light being on in my vehicle and she said pull around to the first garage door and they will fix you up. So then Terry was very courteous and friendly and took time to help me with my low tire pressure issue. Thank you Terry and Momentum of Gastonia for actually caring about each individual customer.

Passing through to go to the mountains from Charlotte. Guide pin fell out of the brakes. They stopped and put it in within 10 minutes. Im too far to use this place, but I highly recommend

The service here is by far the best in Hickory!! Id been a long-time customer of Clark Tire but after they closed I felt Id been taken advantage of both in prices and in service. Id heard that some of the former Clark Tire employees were now working here and wanted to give this shop a try. I will say that the employees here are so friendly and makes you feel as if your family is taking care of you. The location is pet friends (which for me is a first) And I love this!! The prices are very reasonable. I know for sure I will be referring people here!!

My boyfriend went in at 12:15 for an oil change and is currently STILL WAITING it’s 1:22 pm right now, he was reassured when he first got there it would only take 30 minutes, and we both have to be at work at 2pm . THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS SAVE YOUR TIME AND TAKE YOUT VEHICLE TO A QUALITY AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SHOP!!

My husband and I were stopped and told our brake lights were out. We went to autozone to have our bulbs checked, we checked our fuses, and everything was working. We suspected our stop light switch needed to be replaced and had a mobile mechanic come out to switch it out. We still had no brake lights. We brought the car into Momentum and they tell us our bulbs were blown. We thought they were lying to us, especially once we couldn’t get the brake lights to come on. Turned out autozone and the mobile mechanic were trying to diagnose our running lights and not our brake lights, and we were so dumb as to believe them. Momentum fixed the bulbs, and we were good to go. They were quick, efficient, and kind enough to not bust out laughing when they realized we’d been freaking out thinking our running lights were our brake lights

This place is amazing. They have a place for your kids to color and stay entertained. They have a place for you to charge your phone with multiple charging ports. It’s pet friendly which is awesome. They’re pet friendly which is always a plus. And now the bathroom. It was so clean and smelled amazing.

Fantastic service. This morning my tire pressure light came on again, after having filled my tires with air the day before. Although I did not have an appointment, the staff at Momentum was incredible. They checked the pressure readings on all tires, found the problem (a nail in the tire), repaired the issue, and had me on my way in 30 minutes. I have been bringing my vehicle to Momentum for the last year and a half and have become a loyal customer due to their excellent service, honest and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I have a BMW 325i, and it’s had a couple of coolant issues. These guys not only diagnosed it, but let me know exactly where and why it was having issues. They fixed multiple things for relatively low price, then helped me out when there was other issues on it to fix and didn’t charge me for the extra services that went wrong. I HIGHLY recommend going to these guys because they care, they’re super responsive and communicative, and they don’t charge an arm and a leg for reasonable services. I just called to schedule my vehicle inspection and Darrin answered the phone. I followed Darrin from his previous employer to Momentum as he is one of the kindest individuals I have ever met. it prompted me to write a review with 5 stars!! My vehicle has over 320,000 and I credit a lot of that to Momentum tire. My check engine light came on (first big issue with my Mike Johnsons Toyota) and Darrin sadly said I needed a new converter (I think that is what is was). Internet pricing should about $1200. Darrin called around and found refurbished parts and my charge was $800.00. They could have told me and charged me anything and I would have been non the wiser. But because of their honesty and christian values they went out of their way to do the right thing. I recommend them to everyone!! Susan Allshouse

I had thought I need an alignment bc my car would drag to the right ever since I went off road on accident turns out something was bent on the front right of my tire they unbent It free of charge and didn’t need the alignment it’s was okay so I didn’t pay a penny . Good people here.. highly recommended

Was really impressed with the staff and their kindness, I had 3 others in front of me I arrived at 7:45am for an oil change, tire rotation and balance and was there till almost 10am 2hrs and ended up paying much more than I expected $112, I thought my dealership was expensive and after getting the tires balanced I felt more vibration from the car than before I even brought the car to them! Won’t be back again.
