Great guy, top notch quality, even with the pandemic bs. They had me in a week.No pushy sales nonsense, was relaxed shopping, answered every question without over explanation.Prices arent ridiculous, they didnt try to push me into something I wasnt looking for.Would recommend to anyone looking for quality a bed.

Not very personal able, customer service was a bear minimum. I went in to.purchase a matress the sales person on the phone the whole time was not interested in offering g help to purchase. Very unsatisfied.

I got my last mattress and box spring at The Original Mattress Factory in 2003 and I really liked it so I wanted my new one to be from there. I looked at their website and decided what I wanted and when I went to the store the salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me. The price for delivery was very reasonable and it was only $10 to pick up my old mattress and box spring. I got them three days after I bought them and the delivery men were very good. This place cuts out the middle man so you get a good deal.

These mattresses are very well made, long lasting. Its an honest company charging a fair price. All their associates have simply been helping and are not the typical salespeople.

Very clearly laid out. No sales. Honest salesperson willing to explain the technology and differences. Good prices every day. They run a respectable business with quality materials. However, they make mattresses in a very traditional style. They dont have a lot of technological advancements that the big names have. We wound up shopping elsewhere to get some of these.

The man running the store at the time was very helpful and informative of the entire process and what sets the Original Matress Factory apart from the competition. I ended up getting a great deal on a two sided matress with a decent warranty and exchange policy. Sleeps like a dream.

The mattress we bought over 10 years ago served us so affordably well we went back for a replacement and a guest mattress. The customer service is top notch, low pressure, very friendly and the price and quality are also excellent.

We bought a brand new bed. It came with a defect at the bottom of the mattress. The mattress is so uncomfortable my husband is sleeping in our daughters room! They will not give us a refund and to come fix the mattress they are saying it will be 8 days for anyone to come pick it up- we had to physical go into the hickory location just to show a picture of the mattress and even then it is taking them two days to respond to our issue and now another 8 to fix the problem! The customer service is just as bad. Will never purchase from this company again.

We are Loven our new mattress!! 💙😴😴We had to special order our King size from the factory with one row of springs removed so it would fit into our new travel trailer! Even though it said King, it wasent a true king and we had been unable to find one that would fit anywhere else!! The new one that came in our camper was hard as a rock, and there was no way our backs were going to be able to sleep on it! Landen, the manager was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!! He is the one who explained how they could special order our mattress to fit and then encouraged us to take our time and lay on the mattresses in the store to make sure wed be comfortable!!!We are now sleeping in sheer comfort and my husband and I both Love it!!! Thanks again Landen for all of your patience and help, even in helping to load it, as my husband had recently had surgery! We couldnt be happier or more comfortable on our new mattress!!! On Sunday, May 7, 2017 we made a return visit to the Hickory, NC location with intentions of purchasing pillows and possibly a new mattress. Chose not to make a quick decision on the mattress that day but did purchase pillows. This was a repeat purchase after previously buying pillows from you in the past. I was extremely disappointed with the decline in quality since our last purchase. Salesperson made it very clear upon handing my receipt to me that there was no chance for returns or exchanges. Very disappointed and will not return to make additional purchases of these pillows for out the door, purchase price and tax of $62.00.
