Honestly the best thrift store I’ve been in. The prices are great, the variety and how everything is staged will blow your mind, and their customer service is super personalized and helpful without being overbearing or too “salesey”. I cannot say enough good things about this place! The way they have curated heir space, their pieces, and their creative genius, is truly inspiring and makes me feel more like I am walking around an art exhibition, than a thrift store. Enough said- just go!

The Best thrift store Ive ever been to. Great selection of clothes and stuff for the house. Really friendly people that work there.... All of the money they make goes to helping people in need and homeless people in the community. Cool displays. Great layout. Smells good. Ive found so many great things here.....and have told visitors to check them out.

This is THE coolest thrift store Ive ever been to! I could spend hours there! Everything is so organized and clean. The treasures you can find are endless. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I cant wait to go back. This place made my day!

From many of my other reviews, its obvious I love a thrift store. Ive been to quite a few over the years and think I have an idea of what makes a successful versus unsuccessful one. While this one looks nice, and has been updated, what I found inside made me wish I hadnt gone in. Of course, its hard to find them open. Walking in, they do have it arranged fairly well (its a little crowded) and they have tried to create a high-end shopping experience. The store is laid out well, with like items together, store well lit, excellent storage, etc. However, the pricing is absolutely ridiculous. A hand crafted drapery set for $600, glass pitchers for $25, a very beat up Pyrex bowl for $30 - these are just a few of the over-the-top prices for items. I appreciate the hard work that went into the store. I appreciate the money that was spent, and continues to be spent, on any paid employees they have. I also am well aware this goes to support a worthy cause. However, if you want people to return and purchase items, and move inventory out the door to make room for new and to keep folks interested in returning, then you need to reduce your prices to thrift store level, you need to move inventory quickly, you need to train your volunteers to be friendly and you need to have consistent hours. Until some of these issues are fixed, I would rather give my money straight to the cause this supports instead of throwing it at an overpriced, wannabe boutique.

Love it! Today was my first time visiting the store and I was in luck, they had what I was looking for and it was on sale. I had been to three other stores prior to this one so I was loosing hope. Not only did they have it but it was on sale for half off! I got three beautiful oak tables at a steal! They couldn’t have been any nicer either. My daughter loves vintage clothes and I didn’t think I would ever get her out of there, but we did and she was very happy as well. I will be going back, I didn’t look at clothing for myself, so I have something to look forward to next time, see you then!

This is the most fun I’ve had Thrift Shopping! The store is clean, organized, and the displays are amazing. The sales people are friendly and will go to great lengths to help you find what you are looking for. Rocking music keeps me singing as I shop. Loved my experience!

I love shopping at 31 Thrift and More! I get the majority of my clothes here. My wife and I even got most of our decorations for our wedding from the store! The atmosphere is always so inviting and employees are always kind/helpful. This is hands down, the best thrift store around!

It was absolutely delightful!!!! I was greeted at the door, and, the daily sales were explained to me! It was the best shopping experience I have ever had at a thrift/consignment store EVER! Karen was the cashier and made sure to ask for my name! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!!

Tried on multiple occasions to purchase the SAME shirt from the window and they refuse to sell the shirt. Not because its not for sell, just because they dont want to have to change the window display! They said they wait till the color fades from the clothes. And were beyond rude about me wanting to BUY from them. What in the world? False advertising, much?In response to the rude reply from the store- I was never told why I couldnt purchase the shirt, just to come back and ask each time. It wasnt until today that I was told by someone that the window displays fade before being changed. Perhaps you should school your workers on letting people know you have an Etsy store since that was never told to me when I asked if there were more band tees available. The reason I shop thrift is because I dont want clothing that I could buy at a store where there are several.

By far the cleanest thrift store around with a decent selection of clothing and exceptionally friendly staff.

I Love visiting this store! You can easily get lost in here for a couple of hours. There is so much to find. Definitely need to add this to your thrifting trip.

Cool place to shop around at! Decorations are eye catching and you always leave with something. The jewelry here is amazing, got a Christmas present for a family member and it looks like I spent 100+ dollars while I only spent 13!

Ive visited this store twice in the last month. Heres what Ive found to be true, in my opinion:Positives:The store is clean.The temperature is comfortable.1 employee of the 4 that I encountered was pleasant.Large selection of clothing.Negatives:The store is very crowded and because of this, the space is not comfortable to browse.Many items were overpriced to the point of being almost ridiculous (with the exception of designer clothing, which was priced fairly).2 of the 4 employees (volunteers?) Were completely ambivalent to my being a customer. I made sure to be visible to them & make eye contact several times. Neither one even bothered to say hello.But worst of all was the one employee with the straight brown hair who was working the register. This person was rude on my first visit, but I thought Id go again on a different day before I wrote my review.She was just as rude on my second visit, if not more so.On this, my second visit, I entered the store at 3:38. The store closes at 4, so I expected am employee to advise me that they would be closing soon. The pleasant lady working near the front door greeted me with a friendly greeting & did tell me that they would be closing in 20 minutes.The rude brown haired lady who was working the register yelled over to the lady working at the front door, Did you tell her that we were closing in 20 minutes?, as I approached her register area. She did not look at me, or acknowledge my presence in any other way except to yell across to the employee working the front door.10 minutes later as I was walking from the home goods area back into the clothing area by the register, she stopped me and said in a not very pleasant manner, Is there anything I can help you with? Were closing in 10 minutes.. I need to reiterate and emphasize that this was not said in a pleasant, helpful manner. It was definitely in a bums rush kind of way.Even though many of the items are overpriced, some ridiculously so, I would probably have still shopped here because some of the items are really quite cute. But the ambivalence and outright rudeness of the majority of the employees on both occasions that Ive been here preclude me from ever coming back.

The icing on the cake is all of the money raised goes to helping the people of their community that need help from food to healthcare.
