Great finds here. But most importantly the staff is amazing here. Excellent customer service and smiling faces.. great job goodwill staff.. you all deserve an increase in pay.

I have good luck finding clothing items here. Huge selection and love that things are grouped by sizes. Can sometimes be hard to find someone to unlock the dressing room.

I love this Goodwill always have friendly staff and the best finds when Im thrifting. The lines tend to stay at checkout but the cashiers usually move them quick.

A good place to go shopping and and buy stuff

I was at this store last year, found a $10 furniture. Grab the ticket and I was told about the process, which is to present the ticket when Im ready to pay. I went to the cashier, paid the item, went to the side of the building to pick it up and was told that they couldnt find the furniture and said that they sold it to someone so they end up giving me a $10, which is great! BUT NO ONE TOLD ME that the gift card can only be used in CERTAIN AREAS IN NORTHERN CAROLINAS. I only found out today (after moving to Charlotte) when I was shopping in Pineville Goodwill that it cant be used in Charlotte area because Charlotte is part of Southern Piedmont blah blah. I just wished this store would have given me an advance notice about the gift card or store card rules and I couldve used it at least before I moved in to Charlotte. I guess I have to wait whenever I come back to Hickory just to use this store card, unfortunately.

I havent been to this place in years though but they have pretty cool stuff they got from electronics to toys.

I guess people have dried up their charity donation because of the Democrat Flu. Goodwill was showing a lot of bare spaces, once for exhibition. Still, I found a nice piece of pewter...a Paul Revere ...7 1/2 or 8 bowl.

The cashier was very courteous and noticed right away I worked foer goodwill also from my gidt card and bracelet...she asked me where I worked and I told her. And she said she wud have to come check us out. Not sure if she realizes we are an ADC Location or not.

They had so much to choose from its actually ridiculous,, unfortunately their dressing rooms are still closed so it makes it that much harder on picking out what you want and then having to drive all the way back if you cant wear something or dont want something... and also they have raised their prices. they get the stuff for free and its not fair that they can raise it up just because it is a name brand item. Goodwill if youre listening you need to stop being greedy

Its an ok store. Check out line runs right through the mens clothes so it makes it hard to shop for mens clothing.

I really like this Goodwill, they have a decent sized mens section and I always find great stuff, like Nautica, American eagle, and Geoffrey Beane. Check it out!

Besides the clothes I like the treasures in the back of the store.

Found some cool CDs, DVDs and awesome boardgames. Happy with my purchase.

This store is really nice and very well organized.

This locations prices are a little higher but pretty good selection. Pleasant check out experience. I prefer items sorted by color & tags that indicate plus sizes.

Love shopping with Goodwill and this particular store is nice and clean. Found some used items that were priced higher than the original price charged by the original stores (stickers were still on them!). Maybe a little research would help.

Did not catch the name of the older guy working but it was obvious he did NOT want to be there. He almost ran straight over my neice, barely giving her the time to get out of his way. We (my sister and I) also heard him cuss under his breath in front of my neice. Very rude and very poor working attitude. It could have been a bad day for him, but with him acting that way makes me not want to come back. The lady at the register was very polite though.

I usually shop here and love it but the one lady (super curly hair at the register) is extremely rude and will treat you like your a suspect all the time. She will rush you to get out of her line and will literally say not trying to have a long line so do that outside rude all the way around

Good quality clothes at hard to beat prices!!

Im always of two minds about this store. On the one hand, I like having a Goodwill close to me to pop in and see what treasures are there. On the other hand, I usually get frustrated at how some items are priced. I know nice things are donated, but you arent going to a thrift store to pay close to full price. More than once Ive complained and was told that the price is what it is and I dont have to buy it. Well, thats true and because of that kind of attitude I dont shop as often as I might otherwise. Maybe something will change to make me less frustrated but i doubt it.

Goodwill is a great place to shop to get clothes and seasonal items. Some of their items can be high. But still below other retail stores.

The selection of items at this Goodwill is good, the service is impeccable & the associates are REALSOME (really awesome)! And I would like to give John a shout out!

It always amazes me how much you can get for very little money.Goodwill also has many free educational programs to help unemployed families.

I just left the Goodwill. Ive lost a bunch of weight due to having a stomach feeding tube. So I went there to find some pants. I got 4 pairs of Levis and 2 shirts for less than $30.00.: I Love to shop there..

Updated 3/2019:I refuse to go to this Goodwill. They price everything double what other Goodwill stores do. Have witnessed the employees giving stuff from the back straight to customers who just came in and went to the back room door then watched the customer check out and only pay a fraction of what similar items are priced at. One of the 2 customers that came in while I was in the store paid $1.07 so $1 + tax for 15 DVDs and the other paid $5.35 for a 32 TV. These items were not put out on the sales floor. Its employee theft plain and simple. It seemed the manager and all employees were all in on it. I know several people who refuse to go here. They need to clean house and hire some people who want to work there. The employees are also very rude unless they know you by name. Save your time and go to a different Goodwill.Update July 2019:Still has bad employees who are holding items for customers. Have been charging 4 times what other stores do for the same products. Seems Goodwill is not so good, a very greedy store. This is the last time I shop here. I have called the main office for this region and they dont care either. Very greedy selling items that are donated for way more than they are worth. Main office says it is up to the store managers on how much stuff is sold for and the stores say that the corporate office is telling them to raise prices. People should really quit buying from them again maybe it would straighten things out again.

Since goodwill has started looking to places like eBay etc. to get their pricing thats way too high, then why dont I just stay at home and order things from those other online places instead of going somwhere that over charges? Also in the past couple of years the quality and goods have diminished significantly for some reason. Online sales too?

Often time bit unorganized but we thrift ers sadly cause that. Typical Goodwill but I always manage to find something I dont need and buy. Even found a true pair of Oakley for $2 that just needed lens on 1 visit.

Was clean. Same feel as other goodwill stores. Clothing is a bit more expensive compared to other goodwills or second hand stores. Prob wont shop here anymore beings i can get same type clothing cheaper.

This place is one of my favorite places to rummage through gently used things and new items also.

One of the better Goodwill stores in the area. Its always an adventure to see what you can find but you can be sure youll find something.

Good deals on most things, kind of crowded with cramped aisles.

Giving leeway for being a thrift store, shelves and product are in constant disarray. The aisles are too narrow and chronically congested. Given that another is within 5 minutes, that has very few of these incidents; just not pleasant.
