What a wonderful store! There was a sense of energy and excitement as employees and fellow customers alike extending a warm welcome. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Julie who took time out of her busy schedule to give me a tour of the shop, that included a brief history of the company and lots of useful knowledge about furniture itself. Staff was impersonal and werent helpful whatsoever. I will never go back. On a positive note, The Hickory Tree next door has a phenomenal staff that was considerate and were incredibly helpful when I purchased a leather sofa. Great selection at The Hickory Tree as well! Much better than The Loft.
