Been seeing Dr.Peters now for a few years love her work I couldnt imagine seeing no one else I am so glad they have moved back in the Walmart building on hwy 70 it is so much more convenient for me.Thanks Dr.Peters for all your hard work 😃

Dr. Peters is friendly & professional. She truly cares about you as a person. She has always made time for me and worked me in last minute, multiple times. She is definitely worth going back to. You will not be disappointed.

Service was great, but was told that because they are between doctors they wont accept my insurance, then when we picked out our glasses we have to wait till tomorrow to pick them up, suppose to be ready in a hour. Plus I have to wait on contacts to be shipped to me after I paid for them already but couldnt have them in my hands. I just looked on my insurance website and they are accepted at eyemart..

Dr. Fariha is excellent at what She does. Very Efficient and keeps things very clean in-between each patient. She will be moving from Eyemart to the Hickory Walmart location. I plan to go to Her for all my future eye appointments!

I went here and had my annual eye exam done. Once I called and ordered my contacts with them, it took almost 2 months for me to get ahold of someone to actually be able to pick up my contacts. When I went to get my contacts I realized that they gave me the wrong prescription for my right eye. I called eyemart because I couldnt get any answer at the doctors office. Told them they gave me the wrong script. They told me to come in next day and they would fix the issue. So I went to exchange the contacts and was told eyemart couldnt help me and I would have to contact the doctor. I have called multiple times and sent text messages and have gotten no response. My insurance has already paid the doctor for the contacts and I cannot get anyone to answer my calls to get this issue resolved. So I had to go to another optometrist to get another eye exam to get my correct contacts and all this came out of my pocket. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely poor professional behavior. This has been going on since October of 2020 and to date cannot get ahold of anyone to fix this issue. The only reason I gave one star was to be able to let anyone thinking of using the medical practice to get their eye exam DONT. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.

We always had a good experience with Dr. Peters. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Hate to see her leaving!

My daughter and I have gone to Dr. Peters for several years and I highly recommend her eye exams She is professional, friendly, and thorough. And took the time to advise me with my transition to bifocals/progressive lenses. She and her staff have also always paid special attention to sanitizing their equipment completely between uses, even before COVID-19.

Everyone there was great and very helpful. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them. Plan to wait especially if your getting glasses and or go on a Saturday. They are extremely busy but they are all working hard and doing the best the can. Gwen was awesome to work with trying to find the right glasses for me.

On September 2020 I had an appointment with Dr Peters and it went very well! But when I got my glasses and they were not correct! I went to Eye Mart to have them check them. They measure and checked them several times! I called Dr Peters office and left a message and no one got back with me! I text them several times they kept telling me I needed the Eye mart to check them. I never got to talk to anyone! I told them I had them check several times and the prescription she wrote had to be wrong and I needed my eyes rechecked! They just ignored me! I went to another Doctor to have them check my eyes again! I paid twice for an eye exam! My prescription Dr. Peters gave was me was wrong and now I have to buy another pair of glasses! I would not ever recommend her for anything!

I will never go back! Appt times were not honored. There was a 45 min. Wait. While waiting around to be called I walked around to choose my new frames. Mind you I had both mask and gloves. Every move I made I had this trashy blond follow me like I was going to steal something. It reached a point decided to wait in my car for my turn. They dont accept many insurance companies, not even Medicare. Absolutely terrible

When my regular optometrist retired and closed his office, I needed to find a new, and very good, optometrist. Dr. Peters was wonderful. The eye exam was thorough and I was able to get a great deal on some badly needed new glasses. I highly recommend Foothills Optometry.

This experience was awesome I was the first time and never been in a places where they are very professional and friendly. Next door you find the Dr. get your text and across the hall you find a great group of persons who made you feel good to find and choose a nice frame. DR Peters great. Been to her a couple of times and she has been very good and helped. Followed her from her old office. The eye mart place beside her is very good too. They have good deals on glasses and the price is actually cheaper than Walmart.

Dr. Peters and Elizabeth were friendly, professional, thorough, and made sure everything was sanitized and masks were worn. Definitely recommend if you need an eye exam!

Was in and out in less than an hour for my site exam. Machine broke down during the making of my glasses so u got them the next day. I love them! I would highly recommend you.

Other than the quickness and ease of scheduling an appointment, the exam was not very thorough and was charged $40 with insurance when I’ve never been charged at other places with my insurance. I’m assuming for “digital pictures” the patient should be told the services that they will be doing and if there will be a charge before the visit and given the option to decline rather than being blindsided by a charge that was not explained before the visit.

Foothills Optometry is a very fast and friendly place. I had my first visit with them today and it was a great experience. I would gladly recommend them for anyone whos needing their vision checked

My family we love going to Foothills Optometry Dr. Peters she the best and understand and fast. They are always busy but everyone will get to be seen, check in quick and its worth the waiting too.

One the best optometrist Ive been to in years. I highly recommend Foothills Optometry. From the front desk to the eye exam every one was kind and courteous. And you actually get in when youre appointment time was made. A big plus for me.

Wonderful experience! I really liked the eye doctor. Didnt have a very long wait time either. I got my glasses the same day I went to eye doctor. They were very quick to get them done (we went to get something to eat, and they were done with them before we even got to order our food) and I havent had any issues with the glasses themselves. My prescription has messed with me a little bit but that is expected at first. I even got a second pair of glasses for only $10! I highly recommend them!!

Dr and staff are always warm and welcoming. They get you in on time, give you a very thorough exam, and get you going again. I cant say enough great things about this practice!

Made appointment on the phone for noon the same day...arrived at 11:55 and was taken back for initial checks at 12:15. Complete eye exam with dilation and consultation took 2 hours. Very personable staff & thorough from arrival to departure. Good job!

I was seen and paid for visit but they didnt have any contacts for me to try. Now it is 5 days later, still none to try on and I have to make another appt for that before I can get my prescription. Slow! I still cant see well and I have to make an appt whenever they do get a pair to try, Then I can order my prescription. Im never going back.
