Was very upset after classic granite did not honor our written agreement and added to the end amount owed without any notification.Company made a decision to put the seam very noticeable at 1/8 width in the middle of the most noticeable stretch of counter.After installing Led lighting above island and counters many imperfections have become clear. Small circles throughout, lines.Im creating a page to inform ppl of this. Especially when this company is much more costly than anyone in the area. There reasoning was the technology but the laser didnt work when the receptionist came to do the measurements.The workers cleaned up very well after working.

I called and spoke to a lady, I believe her name was Linda. I asked what prices started at and she explained $50 sq.ft. i then asked why her prices were so much higher than other custom shops I had called. She explained it was The technology we use. When I asked what that technology was and how it provided extra value, she said Were just not going to price match all of those big box or discount shops and hung up on me.In all my years of housing renovations, I have never spoken to someone who was so rude.

Had the great folks at Classic Granite replace my counter tops in our kitchen and breakfast area.... and they are absolutely beautiful. Their professional, courteous staff was extremely helpful every step of the way. We knew nothing about layout, design, style or even how to go about buying granite. After calling, visiting websites, going to showrooms all over area. Decided to use Classic. Very happy with counters they cut and installed. Nice walking thru yard looking at slabs and picking mine out. This is important as every slab is different and just picking from a sample may not truly represent the piece you get.They had best price. They do all the work themselves compared to chain stores that hire it out. Getting custom counters, I wanted to meet the people and know who was coming to my house. Very pleased with entire process and product. Quality installation.

During the process of renovating a home in the Hickory area I ordered counter tops, sink and backsplash from classic granite. Liz assured me that it would be done in two weeks....wrong. An unacceptable slab arrived not at all like the one that I had chosen...first delay. After much Ado they had granite that I could live with, however the pressed tin backsplash had not arrived and suddenly the price was much higher than originally quoted, upsetting but it was what worked best with my chosen granite. Phone calls not returned, unable to check status for weeks at a time. During the installation there were issues about fit and polish of the granite, the sink and late delivery of the backsplash. Misinformation between office staff and installers created problems. The job is now complete but I would not recommend classic granite due to poor customer service .

So glad I purchased my countertops for my kitchen remodel and new bathroom vanity from Classic Granite! With all the selection available, it did not take long at all to find the perfect counters for me. Look no further than Classic Granite if your in this market!
