I reached out to place a custom Yeti Tumbler order with double sided engraving. Jon was very communicative and helpful with all my questions prior to ordering, as well as throughout the process. Before he started the engraving itself, he sent a proof for review, and when I asked if he could include a card with the tumbler since I was having it shipped direct to the recipient, he went above and beyond creating a wood engraved insert that satisfied as my card.The entire process itself was very quick and seamless.I did not get a chance to see the finished product in person, but the recipient did send me photos upon receipt, and it was perfect.Lastly, not many vendors these days care to check or follow up with customers after the product has been shipped, but a few days later, Jon took the time to reach out to ensure the tumbler was received and to see if I was happy with the finished product.Any other special engraving needs, I will surely be going back to Jon.
