I had an amazing experience in the store everyone was really nice and welcoming the environment in amazing nice and quite all around an amazing place

Didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in... never asked if they could help me with anything or that they’ll be with me once they’re done with their other customer to let me know if I should come back or not—- Instead I stood there for almost an hour to Just pick a up shirt to be customized by my workplace. There was another lady available but she just walked by me nor even never acknowledge me... I finally just got her attention to get my shirt so I can go on with my day. She said “oh I’m sorry” well she would’ve known if she did her job.

Absolutely the most unprofessional place of business I’ve ever been in. On top of that their embroidery is not up to par. The owner has insecurities and it shows. They completely messed our order up and not only that but screwed our personal property up. Then she tried to blame us but we had it all recorded on our phone the day we placed our order and we also were told by the guy that took our order that it was the owners mess up that he took the order correct and put it in his notes. Mck. Will never get our business again nor any of our ball teams be using her again. Jason made a mistake when he sold this place! No wonder they don’t get no repeat business. Looking forward to when they receive a letter from my attorney. Maybe z will have something smart to say to that!

As a small business owner, I always need to be careful where I spend my money. Brahma Graphx has always provided me with affordable, high quality products that have helped promote my brand. The staff is very knowledgeable and the decals have remained as crisp on my back windshield as the day I got them.

I went there to get custom graphic tees for my bachelorette party. I asked for one white, two burgundy, and two Navy T-shirts with gold lettering. When I asked him if he had burgundy, he very confidently said yes so I placed the order and paid cash. When I came back two days later to pick up the shirts they were RED, white, and blue with gold lettering. The red was nowhere close to burgundy! when I brought it to their attention they said they would recut it for me if I could find burgundy t-shirts. I went to two stores and brought back burgundy t-shirts for them to reprint. When they handed me the new shirts, they made me pay for them again! If someone asks you if you have burgundy and you say yes, then you hand them RED, you should never expect the customer to pay for the reprinting!! I will not be using their services again! But difference between celebrating my bachelorette and the 4th of July!!

They were great I just think it is very pricey for screen shots onto t shirt I would like to see a better value

They can make just about anything you ask for. They do great designs on cups.
