Bought my spa last year. Called the main office for help with starting up my spa chemicals after cleaning it and the girl did not call me back for over 5 hours. I dont recommend them for anything other than providing the hot tub. This is the second time I have called for help and been put on indefinite hold.To show you the difference in customer service I called a competitor of theirs from right down the street and they were more than willing to help me on the same phone call. After talking with your competitor I had my spot up and running in less than 10 minutes.

We really like Mike and Charles ! They came out and explained everything to us we needed to know about the sunrooms to pick from. I am so excited about my three season room . I cant wait . I have a 5 year old with autism that loves the outside but cant be in the heat/cold for to long, and the bugs are bad around my house in the summer, really hoping this helps ! Cant wait to see how it turns out!Ill update how amazing it is when its finished !!

There were some communication issues early on. But SunLife did a great job of fixing this. We love the spa and look forward to working with them in the future! There experience is second to none!UPDATE: 8 Months after purchasing my hot tube SunLife continues to show they are the best Hot Tub / Spa company. SunLife is currently building a small sunroom onto my house and I could not be happier with the progress and workmanship. Everyone Ive met from SunLife has been professional, concerned about understanding and meeting my needs and expectations, and has kept me informed about timing. The two-man crew is exceptionally skilled and friendly. Im enjoying watching their progress and know this project will add a lot to my homes value. SunLife is the BEST!

We are very happy with the work Sunlife did for us, a new sunroom and deck. Jeff and Alex worked hard to do the job right, always courteous and helpful when we had questions. Everything done first class. Mike in sales great to get us started and when an issue or question also, as was Andy, and can’t forget, John the owner. What a terrific team. Kayla has been a tremendous help and given me all the information I need to know to get my spa up and running. Also, a team of 3 from sun life moved our spa from one location to another and were quick, on time, helpful and funny. Ready to buy a hot tub - spent 20 minutes waiting for sales lady to help us but she was too busy chatting up another couple at the desk ... personal conversation not even business related! She did notice us when we walked out...too late. Will buy from someone who is interested in our business!

My first thoughts when I walked into this store was “wow look at all the spas you have to choose from.” We were greeted right away by Kayla and she was so knowledgeable of her products. We told Kayla what we were looking for and she showed us everything in her showroom that fit our description. We were given pamphlets to take home and look at with all the tubs circled that we had seen that day. We chose to visit about 3 other spa dealers and we were very disappointed in the showrooms and the overall visit to the other 3 places. Kayla had been the only sales associate to really answer all of our questions. Three days later we returned to Sunlife and laid in three spas. We decided on our purchase and was given a tentative delivery day. Our spa was delivered within one day of our date due to weather. (We purchased during snow season). Sunlife also provided us with an electricians card and stated he had done many spas. We chose to go with the referred electrician and I am so so happy that we did. Reubans electricians are GREAT and super fast. Our delivery crew consisted of three guys and they were wonderful as well. Delivery crew was very knowledgeable of our spa. Kayla did a follow up a few days after delivery of our hot tub. We are very happy with our purchase and would rate this overall experience including Kayla, electricians, and set up crew a 10/10. You will not be disappointed with this dealership.

My husband and I purchased our first hot tub this year and was have a hard time getting the water and chemicals just right. We visited the store and Malyia was extremely helpful advising us on what to use and what not to use. Now our hot tub is awesome and very easy to maintain. I would without hesitation recommend Sunlife Sunrooms Spas & More in Hickory on Hwy 321 to all my family and friends.

Great people I had trouble with my hot Springs hot tub they tried to help me on the phone but turned out we did need a service man when he came out he figured out the problem in about 10 minutes turned out we needed a circulation pump he installed it in about 20 minutes that took care of the problem I would highly recommend them

Maleah was great in helping me find my perfect hot tub. My boyfriend has cerebral palsy and I was concerned how he would get in and out of the tub. She showed me a rail and steps to help him get in and out of the hot tub. We were allowed to try all kinds of different hot tubs. I have fibromyalgia and it makes a huge difference in controlling my pain. I so love my hot tub.

I purchased a hot tub an auction about a year ago. Had no idea what i had, or what to do with this thing to get it operating. Maleah & Kayla at Sun Life were above and beyond helpful... from identifying what i had purchased, guiding me through how to connect with someone that could get it wired and connected properly, and all of the to dos, and not to dos to prep me for getting my tub up and running. They patiently stepped me through all the questions I had and spent more time with me than most would, and with a joyful and friendly spirit. From there, I ended up having some leaks and equipment that was in need of repair and some replaced. Tony, that handles their service, was too so very helpful and simply a joy to work with and be around. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, I appreciate businesses that operate with a spirit of helpfulness and compassion. I will use them for the duration of my hot tub ownership without question. Highly recommend this local family owned business.

After several weeks of research for a hot tub, we decided on a HotSpring spa. Sunlife Sunrooms and Spas in Hickory NC this is our local dealer for HotSpring spas.After several email exchanges with Maleah Story, we scheduled a visit on a Saturday afternoon.Maleah Strory professionalism, product knowledge both in technical product variety impressed me, not pushy for a sale just wants her customers to make the best decision both for personal usage and price. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed. Dont forget to bring your bathing suit as there are tubs filled up with water for a test soak

This is my second time using SunLife for a spa. The first time I had them move a spa that a friend had given me. When I was ready for an upgrade, they were my first call. I actually researched several different companies and hot tub brands before making my decision, and SunLife has the nicest showroom around this area and best prices that I could find. Their salesperson, Maleah, worked with me for months to find the perfect spa for me. Also, because my sunroom was not ready, at the time the spas were on sale, Maleah arranged for me to go ahead and buy the spa, while it was on sale, and Sunlife held it until my room was ready. She was very low pressure, and answered every question I had, never making me feel like I was a bother. Her easy going attitude definitely helped to take the stress out of making such a large decision. She even helped me with finding the right electrician, Triplett Electric, to install the spa. The delivery guys made the install a breeze, and never complained even though the weather was yucky and they had to remove one side of the patio door to easily get the spa inside. The entire staff of SunLife has been very courteous and helpful and I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

They had a salesmen come out who was honest and to the point and no canned line like another company we interview first witch ill leave the name out there salesman was a pushing closer with a lot cheap line from a 80s sales school .Iam a salemen and sell much like the sunlife saleman LARRY TO POINT HONEST AND SUBSTANCE WHEN TALKING AND ASKING QUESTION NOT A YES MAN LIKE FIRST ONE FROM OTHER COMPANY .JOHN OWNER WAS GREAT AND INSTALLED VERY NICE AND WORKED IN RAIN TO MEET THE DEAD LINES . 1ST CLASS PLACE WILL DO BUSINESS AGAIN ALSO WE BOUGT A INEXPESIVE SPA 6 YEARS RUN GREAT NEVER BROKE SUNROOM AWESOME WE USE IT MORE THEN OR 3500 SQARE FT HOUSE . 6 month after install feel the same great no regret only good times in it loving it
