My experience in this store is always very delightful. I come in with my small daughter and we both genuinely enjoy the sushi. The person who makes it always greets us and treats us with the utmost kindness. You can tell he cares about the food he makes, and that he loves making customers happy. 10/10 would recommend the sushi. There is also another man who is often at the chocolate treat area who also makes coffee/smoothies. He is also a delightful person. Please give them both raises!

I usually like this store and shop here often. But today around 7:30 PM my husband and I were using the self checkout and he accidentally put in the wrong type of broccoli and as I was telling him so, and he was changing it, the girl who was working ran over and told us that its broccoli crowns in a very accusatory tone. It wasnt even bagged yet. As a loyal customer I do not appreciate how we were treated as if we were stealing. She stood there for a couple of minutes and watched everything we did before walking to the other register and talking to her friend. I thought I was about to be arrested by the produce police.Other than this the store is great and the employees are usually friendly.

Great Grocery store, yes it is pricier than other places, but to me, its worth it. The service is top notch and they have a nice variety of products. Some cool things are the Smokehouse, and the Beer den. The beer Den has constantly rotating beers on tap, they fill growlers to take home and you can grab a beer and do your shopping (the shopping carts have cup holders 🍺). The smokehouse has already smoked meats ready for dinner or picnic. The Bakery, Deli, sandwich shop, coffee shop and sushi made on site add more value to the store. Thats why I keep going back.

Nice friendly store. The only one thing wrong with the store they are way overpriced on items . And its not inflation. Well say I went to another store and bought a bunch of groceries. And then come to Lowes and buy some of the same items it will cost you $100 more at Lowes for your groceries Ill give you example of one thing 30 Patty swagger sausage I can the same item from another store for 7.98 and at Lowes when its not on sale is 13.99 thats just one item

Most shelves are well stocked. Especially for a Monday morning. Deli and salad bar always clean and eye appeal is great. Service is friendly and always helpful. My fave place to food shop.

I got a text message from this store yesterday saying to call about my application, I called them and at first they asked questions about my application not a big deal I answered them honestly. And I got told that since I don’t agree to work on national Hoildays they refused to move forward with my application for an interview because of this reason. I just wanted to share my experience that I had over the phone with them that way anyone who applies here will know what they expect.

I found everything that I came for, plus a couple more. Always a great place to do my grocery shopping.

I just went to check this place out for the first time and was very impressed with the atmosphere. It has a very country feel to it. The store is well laid out with plenty of room to move around. The prices seemed reasonable and the employees seemed friendly.

This Lowes Food makes my special blend of coffee. I used to have to buy my Sumatra and blend it with a good espresso. Now I can have a dark Sumatra, and they roast the blend of beans I need there. So have your favorite coffee blend there fresh.

Clean store, very well stocked. A little pricey though.

I wished the deli would get the 3 lb rolls of Taylors porkroll back in the Hickory location. The 1lb roll is small.... I like the size of the 3lb roll for sandwiches 😋

Neat grocery store. Were from out of town and came in for fruit, water and a couple other small items and were impressed with the cleanliness, variety and friendly staff. Had never heard of Lowes Foods but Ive shopped Publix, Kroger and HEB amongst others and they could all learn how to do it better from a trip to this store.

Clean, organized and clutter free. Downside is the layout. Itll take time to understand. Really enjoy the Beer Den and Box Car Coffee. Lowes has brought grocery shopping to a new and enjoyable level

Im a simple guy who loves to work on projects at home with my wife. Lowes has been my Kids R US..lol. Their prices are a little pricey sometimes but great staff..

Very helpful employees. I dont have much experience using an electric cart. One of them brought it out to me and helped to make sure I transferred in and out without any problems. Sushi Wednesday is one of my favorite days of the week. Ive looked forward to it every week for several years now. The fried chicken is awesome. And they have several other things at the store that I was able to get as well. Overall, a great experience as usual. I actually look forward to going there every time because I always come back with something really good, that fried chicken and sushi being a great example, although the potato wedges are good too.

Tap takeover was a great experience who would have thought you can have a night out in a grocery store

I really was please with the deli selection and pricing. The number of sells on various items was surprising. The store was very clean and organized. I dont normally shop there, but will return.

This store has weird aisles so it can be difficult to find things on your own unless youre in there a lot. However, since the pandemic hit Ive been using them the most for grocery pickup. They have some of the best produce and are generally really good about getting everything ready even before your time slot so its not much different than just heading to the store to pick up what you need. When they forgot to give me a bag from one of my orders, they offered to drive it out to me for free.

There are other grocery stores between home and this Lowes Foods location, but I choose to shop at this location. They have a great selection of organic foods, international foods and the staff are always helpful.

Great selection, Clean store and professional staff

Some mixed feelings about the staff. A lot of the young staff at checkout just show no care. They give that impression they can care less. Just about all the middle aged employees make you feel welcomed and VERY helpful. The young girl in deli was amazing and hope I get her when I shop here every time. There was a older women in deli that just had an attitude when we asked to sample something (almost like we were an inconvenience). As for the store itself, lots to choose from any very clean. Prices can be a little high, best to lookout for sales.

Good place to shop kinda expensive compared to food lion. Also they never have enough small buggies. And theyre always someone parked in front of the store inside shopping. Its hard enough navigating through the parking lot with backstreets crowd without having to put up with this also.

The store is clean and has a good selection, friendly staff, but I hate the layout of the aisles. Its very hard to find what Im looking for.

What a wonderful pleasant place to shop. The employees are always helpful and greet you with a smile. Debbie the barista makes a wonderful smoothie every time I shop. Jordan was very helpful and carried my bags to my car for me. I absolutely love this store!

Passing through Her and stopped here because of Google reviews. The meats from the smoker are wonderful! And they have boxcar inside to sit and eat.

Wonderful experience. Managers even directed me to a shorter line . The lady from the office came out and spoke as we once attended the same church and the bag girl was a former student /athlete which I assisted with for 4 yrs. Visiting this store is so community oriented and I certainly enjoy shopping there.

It’s December 23 at 6:15 pm. I am still in the parking lot after leaving the store. I am SHOCKED that someone cooking in the bakery was not wearing a mask AT ALL!! I mentioned to the other bakery worker and she said something to her and I got evil looks from her. I think her name is Nichole. I said something to the manager at the time “Jonathan”. He said some employees may have “notes” from their doctor. No one should be cooking for the public and not wear a mask. Find her a desk job. When I went back a second time just to see, she was STILLL without a mask!

I definitely would look elsewhere for my groceries. I found this store extremely overpriced. I can shop at Super Target and buy the most of the same items for much less. I also dont like having to have a loyalty card to receive a discount. Just price your items well in the first place for all shoppers, whether you have the loyalty card or not. I dont care if its free to get the card, it just makes things difficult. I will say the store was nice inside and seemed well kept, but still not worth the price. The grapes were 3.99 per lb and I purchased some else where for 1.99 per lb. I bought a bag of apples for $6.99 that I could have bought elsewhere for $3.99, and I spent $10.99 per lb on deli meat which I normally spend $6.99 per lb on deli meat which is better quality. These are just a few examples, I could go on. If your looking to save money on groceries I would forgo going to Lowes Food.

Wonderful place to get your groceries friendlly atmosphere and friendly people

Olive bar, coffee bar, killer bakery, sushi chef, smokehouse on site, beer den! Even the carts have cup holders so you can buy a beer or a wine and sip as you shop. But understand that you can sample a few brews if you hang out at the beer den bar. Sometimes they have live music. Wednesdays wine is half price by the glass.

This store is great. All the employees are really nice and helpful. I have a seizure condition and have to walk to the store and usually have to carry a backpack.And everyone is so nice there. Their weekly deals are pretty good. And its a great location. I go here several times a week.

Nicest grocery store I have visited in quite some time.Music in the parking lot outside with decorated cart returns and clearly marked lines.The attention to detail extends inside with thoughtful decor showcasing what is for sale.The interior layout could use some work. I understand stores use a layout to sell products, but it shouldnt be noticeable. This does get annoying near the medicines and baby food.Large selection of beer and wine. This store carries a large selection of refrigerated craft beer.At checkout, the employees are nice and respectful.

I love coming here.Salad bar - A salad without meat runs me about $3.50. With meat its around $5.50. Priced by weight.Pick & Prep station - Pick up any produce and hand it over, theyll prep it how you want it.Some people do complain about the layout, but it never bothered me.Very nice, very clean, reasonable prices. My go-to grocery store!

Want a beer or cup of coffee to relax with before you go wandering the non-aisles looking for your favorites? This is the place for you. This was a shopping experience! I cant believe that they have a smoker in the parking lot. We bought several different pre-smoked items and they were all delicious. They also had the most beautiful fresh floral arrangements mix and match 3 for $12. Beer selection was phenomenal! This was a late night run for us. We must go back when the beer den is open.

Miserable experience. Actually overcharged me groceries by over $700 and not a single apology. I might add that after talking to Lowes Corporate, I was told that a mistake was made and times were tough so get over it. I deleted my Lowes App and have come to the conclusion that this store is so poorly managed, you will never be surprised by the mistakes they make.

Store was beautiful and well stocked. Was disappointed the number of self checkout counters . I saw only one cashier. I will not use self check out counters . I used to get paid to check out groceries. Not about to do it for free anywhere ! WAL-MART a place I wont shop has mostly self check out counters as other places . This is costing jobs and free labor for companies . I will stand in line or walk out this is something I feel strongly about !

Great selection and great service

One of the only places you can grab a glass of wine to sip while shopping. Prices are a bit higher than Walmart but the quality of goods is higher as well. Plenty of exciting things you cant get other places. Only place I have seen fresh live lobster even if it is twenty dollars a pound. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

Lowes foods is a great grocery store first class the quality is excellent the service is fantastic.. a craft beer bar and bands on Thursday in the afternoon is really cool. And Randy the manager is the nicest guy.
