They had most of what I was looking for. Theyre super nice in the store. Only gets 4 out of 5 because of cleanliness. Everything else was great

I enjoy cooking a varied menu and decided to check out the Orient market today. It hosts a large selection of varied items and a lot of ingredients that I would need instructions to use in a recipe. The store smells delicious with the spices and seasonings. Definitely a place to check out if you are planning to prepare an oriental dish.

I get all my Latin fruits and vegetables here they always have fresh Culantro ( not Cilantro 🌿) and Tamarindo and Yucca ( cassava)freshhh tooo

When i moved too hickory, they have some food items, that remined me of this store in Chicago, that i used too shop at for certain items, that were better than what you brought in stores. Pkya the variety id spicy 🍜, my children like.

Love going here to get my Asian food fix, love the variety but cold use a little more pork products in the dumplings section. Love the mochi but would like some green tea mochi included in the selection of flavors. One thing you must try is the pork sung and pork fu, its delicious in noodles and about everything you could imagine.

Okay, not everything u want is here but has some.

We have been going here for many years & we love this place. Even though we are American we eat a lot of different kinds of foods & I make a lot of different foods, International types. They are very kind, helpful, lots of items & the store is organized. Even though we live a long way from here, we go here when we are in the area.

Store is well stocked, wish customer service was better. Nobody was rude at all, although there was no greetings when I waled in store, and when checking out they just charged me and gave me my change and walked off. Would have been 5 stars if they would jave been more cheerful.

A great place to get some hard to find things they do sell a few select dedicated Philippine products and the staff is friendly.

They are trying to be a good dependable store for our Asian food demands, but there is room for improvement. Just watch out for false gimmicks such as selling gensing when its something else.

Very nice oriental market! I was at first not expecting much from the looks of the outside but they have a very nice selection of items (snacks, rice, sauces, frozen foods etc) a bit on the pricey end but had pretty much everything I needed. Well be visiting monthly!

I have been to many a market, this is a nice clean well stocked market that would rival those of big citys. Excellent variety, good layout and friendly folks that treat you like family.

Im from out of state where prices for the items Ive purchased here are less expensive but that is understanding because you have to price your products at a certain price in order to stay in business. This store has almost everything I needed and definitely would stop by again.

I AM SOOOO SOO VERY SORRY! It has come to my attention that I left this review so many years ago to the wrong oriental store in Hickory! I am so sorry to the owners and whoever saw this review. I wrote this under the wrong store! I actually never been to this location until recently about two months ago and the service was amazing! The woman at the from greeted my sister and i and the young lady went to the back to make us our Boba Tea which was amazing! They were very kind and there was a wide selection of ramen noodles and a huge selection of different types of rice! Again I am so sorry it took me this long to realize I had written the wrong review to the wrong store! I will be back here to shop again!
