Amazing customer service with an Alpinestars T-GP Plus R v3 Air Jacket I was looking to purchase. The had it in stock with different sizes for me to try on. I bought it right there on the spot and the customer service rep also recommended the back protector w/o me even having to ask. That was great because I had almost forgot about it. Lucky he recommended the back protector because on the way home I got into an accident that caused the bike to fall on my back. If I didn’t have that back protector, things would’ve been way worse!

Like to say I went in with a positive attitude and expect the same as last time was there. Was. It the same as the first time I went in with great customer service and assistance. This this it just fair enough where I might be giving another store a shot.

Visited this shop to buy my first set of motorcycle gear and was so happy I came. It’s like a mall in this space and I was delighted as a first timer to have so much variety available. I was able to pick up a nicely priced jacket and gloves while my partner picked up a robust leather jacket and a helmet. Prices were fair, service was good. Staff was informative but a bit nonchalant. I enjoyed my visit and have already gone back once to pick up more items. The company has several locations and offers coupons for discounts. I’ll surely be visiting again.

The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The guy B was very nice and he is the one I dealt with. If you have a bike especially a sport bike they have almost everything you need gear wise. If not they have a website with additional products on it.

The guys there were supportive, happy to help, professional, funny, welcoming and knowledgeable. I went to return some expensive items that didn’t fit me quite right to keep me safe on the road or track and they weren’t mean about it or anything negatively. Thank you guys for your help and chat!

Didnt have the item zip was looking for! They recommended another similar item but couldnt find it! No one really seemed interested in providing good customer relations! I can take it or leave it!!!!!

Staff was pushy and tried to sell my girlfriend a $600 helmet which was Way more then was needed he did very little to address our concerns and kept insisting that the most expensive helmet in the shop was the only option. I went and found a much nicer helmet for 1/3rd the price will not be coming back

I dont really post reviews; I am a new rider to the community and stopped by Cycle Gear, after passing by so many times. The guys at Cycle Gear were very polite, and cool too. They spoke to me about what brands are good, and how the functionality for each piece of equipment performs. They even invited me to a bike night, which is pretty cool considering they didnt have to- I mean that is how cool they are. The amount of kindness, and insight they showed me, is much appreciated. Spoke with Rocco about a Bluetooth set up for my helmet. I only had one exceptionally poor experience on Amazon. Based on my concerns, he immediately suggested this UCLEAR AMP device. I purchased it and took it to my car and quickly paired it to my iPhone 7+. It sounded promising. Took it home and set it up in my modular helmet. I cannot speak high enough about this product. It paired immediately to my phone again. Music and GPS nav worked flawlessly and it sounds amazing. Full spectrum sound... bass, mids and highs. All three!!!Thank you Rocco and the whole team at Cycle Gear.Youve won a new customer!

This store is located in a plaza and isnt at the corner as it shows on Google maps. Great location with full inventory for any budget for motorcycle safety gear. Staff is very helpful and highly recommend even if youre not looking to buy.

Very knowledgeable staff. always points you to gear that you want /need. i went in asked for a chain tool and the staff member pointed me directly to their selection of chain tools and helped me pick the right one for the job.

Only spent a short time in the store. In that time, I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Wide selection of motorcycle related paraphernalia that covers just about anything you could need for street riding to track days. Store front is a bit hard to see from the main road as it is in the rear of a double store front and the front shop is vacant. Higher rating could be obtained as I continue shopping there, but the service and quality was high enough that I would return for future purchases.

The staff here are very friendly. They are not pushy at all and are willing and able to go great lengths to help you find what you need. If they dont have something in your size, you simply fill out a form for the size you need and they call you to try it on without even having to pay for it beforehand!

Usually good customer service, however they have been under staffed lately . Nice selection of clothing/helmets and universal parts. Phone line is still down as of 8/10/17. Its been over a month now. FIX THE YOUR PHONE!. Disappointing for such a large company with locations all over the USA.

Their phone number doesnt work. I get a message telling me that the person that Ive reached has a voicemail box that has not been setup yet. Im not driving all the way over there to find out that they dont have the item that I want in stock. Its happened before, where their website has certain items and brands, but their store doesnt stock it. They try to be helpful, and tell me that they can order it, but the reality is that I can also order it, and for cheaper as well. The reason I go to a store is to actually try on the items and get a feel for what Im ordering. I dont mind paying a little extra for that added benefit, but if that benefit isnt there, Im not wasting my time.
