Our family purchased 4 appliances from this company on March 22nd which were delivered Apr 5.1 unit was different from what we purchased. The sales associate stated “it was a judgment call on my part. I thought you’d like this other one better”Only 1 unit that was delivered was in working condition. During delivery our floors were scratched. I will say the delivery associates were really pleasant to work with. We even fed them dinner at one point.It took a month for the washer to be replaced with a working unit (the washer did not drain properly)It took two months for the top and bottom refrigerator to be replaced in our garage (this unit leaked fluid inside the refrigerator all over our food, and outside of the refrigerator soaking the floor)The stainless steel refrigerator which we purchased for $950 still doesn’t work. After two months of very delayed communication and hundreds in damages for lost food, we were offered a loaner fridge while they repair Ours or find a suitable replacement.We requested an upgrade bc of our difficulties and offered to pay an additional $200 for the upgrade. That request was denied.We then requested a refund of the $950 we originally paid for the unit and we were denied. The owner offered $650 as a partial refund. The owner also offered a replacement unit that was a downgrade from the unit we purchased (we didn’t want a downgrade).We have four children and will now need to procure another refrigerator, and their best offer is a partial refund.We don’t want other families to have these issues.Some of their appliances may work, but if you happen to get one that isn’t working then it’s very difficult to get the issues addressed.At one point we had to physically go back to the store to say “please help us. Our food is rotting and we need to be able to do our laundry”.The owner maintains that all sales are final and indicates that we should be responsible for the costs he has incurred trying to honor the 90day warranty provided with the units. Which is why he’s offering a partial refund, so that I as the buyer can mitigate the expenses he’s incurred trying to provide us with working appliances. I expressed the units should have been properly tested prior to delivery and that expenses of defective products sold by him should not be the customers expense. His response was that there would be no further negotiation.I want to highly caution anyone from purchasing from this business. It’s not at all worth the risk.

Fast friendly service! I was able to have my washer fixed within 2 days, pickup and drop off, the guys who came to service my equipment were extremely patient and kind. They had no problem answering any questions or validating any concerns. I would return as well as recommend there service.

Bought a washing machine... after 3, months the machine having computer problems and waste is pouring from the bottom of the washer Had it 4 or 5 months... asked what can be done about this paid 400! For this machine you can just go around taking elderly people money... been waiting on days for a resolution of course no response I wish I went to On Elm street bought a use appliance and 25 years later they both still work

My daughter searched high and low all over the triad for a refrigerator. Somehow I came across these guys and she was able to afford a NICE fridge from here. The best customer service ever and they loaded it right up for us! I highly recommend shopping here for all your appliances needs.PS About to purchase a washer today

Excellent and expedient service!

I dont even want to give it 1 star, but they did finally deliver the washer/dryer. Customer service is awful. I was told to expect delivery between 2-5. I took off work and waited. At 5pm I contacted the store and was told the delivery guys were hung up in another town. They should be at my home in 45 minutes. After multiple calls and excuses they showed up at 730. One week later my washer is not draining water properly. I called over and over waiting for someone to answer or get my message and call me back. Days later my call was returned with the response to take a picture of the standing water and text it back. Well the next week it did it again, I videoed and took pictures, texted them to whom I presume is the owner, and it is now 3 days later and not one returned phone call or has anyone bothered to pick up the phone. My washer is under a 90 day warranty. I dont know where all these great reviews came from but that has not been my experience. I based my sale with them because of their reviews. Lesson learned.

I’m only giving this two stars because the dryer did work.Moving the appliances into my apartment they did not use any sort of furniture pad and peeled up the flooring, which will result in the loss of my deposit and have made no effort to compensate me for that.I was sold a washing machine that did not drain, had to fish my clothing out of piper hot water, wring it out and dry it for over three hours.They then spilled the water out of the first washer when removing it. The replacement washer leaks when in use- several inches of water.The owner texted me to tell me he’d call me shortly last night to discuss everything and never did.I called today, no answer and no call back- still can’t do my laundry.I will not purchase from here again, and I would not recommend this shop.

Nasty and stinks will never go again

Very disappointed my first refrigerator didnt make ice didnt get cool on the refrigerator side kept calling, I had a 30-day warranty thats BS because I got another refrigerator and it was junk the doors come off didnt make ice or get Cold so I had to end up buying me a new one . unless you look it up and down first and take picture of what you getting it I tried to reach out call calls go to voicemail they know it was me I I lost my food for 2 days had to get friends to keep my food while I get another refrigerator they dont tell you when you go out the door that you they already paid, if you finance 30 day warranty day hog, wash I tried to be civil but I would advise no one to buy used appliance
