Awesome customer service and amazingly delicious food for a great price.

My order was completely wrong and when I called I was told I had to drive to them to get the correct order even though they gave the incorrect order to the Uber driver. I belive they should have sent me the correct order since the mistake was theirs, but were not willing to send me the correct order. Uber did give me a full refund.

I was craving fried chicken for days. I didn’t want KFC - I wanted real fried chicken... and I found it here. 10/10 recommend

The customer service is horrific. According to these comments, you can tell. But at this crucial time, there is no need to serve more than one person at a time on top of each other and reaching over others during a pandemic for lottery tickets. And the cashier must be doing this on purpose not communicating that your money orders are printing and interacting with other customers, trying to make you forget your money order. And when I asked him for the money order, he was very rude about it, and I only purchased two. Wonder how many money orders he stills at the end of the day by not giving customers their money order

This was my first and last time. I ordered a breast and leg. The leg had some long string in the batter. The breast was dry. I just could not eat it.

I like this store the employees lol gruntle at times but I overlook them the chicken and potato wedges are so good.

I work in High Point at Jos A Bank and pass this convenience store every day. I stopped once to get gas and was pulled toward the food counter by my nose and eyes and couldn’t help but get myself some of that delicious-smelling chicken. I got the chicken quarter combo that comes with (obviously chicken) potato wedges, a roll, and a drink. And MY GOD it did not disappoint! They PILE the wedges in and add the best seasoning salt ever(I always add extra). They happily offer hot sauce, as well, if you’re like me and want to burn your digestive system with the succulently spicy-tasty-salty-delicious combination of tastes. Not to mention ITS SO AFFORDABLE. I now stop by almost every day when I leave work because they can TAKE MY MONEY PLZ. Please try it. Please understand my obsession. The staff are all extremely nice and helpful and I love eating here. I can’t say it enough. I LOVE EATING HERE. My sister, who is a gluten-free vegetarian loves vicariously through the smells and my stomach. Tell your friends.

This is a GREAT place. Very sketchy location. But, super close to the highway. I suggest you look at what you want before you go in and order it and get it paid for and hop on the highway. I wouldnt suggest going there late at night. But the food is delicious and extremely cheap.

They have poor customer service they cashier hes a male whos always rude he curse like a Salem. I stood in line for money orders and then he asked me to move to the side and let him get his line down first .Then he will he sell me a money orders .Very poor customer service .To the owner if you want to really know which one of your employees is doing what on the job you will make them wear name tags .then people wont have to try to figure out who they are by calling them Africans .And if they are Americans or not this is America and you should run this business the America way .because after anybody wait in a line for services they deserve to be served .you have very poor reviews on here and if I was the owner I will do better to make sure my employees hair respect for my customers in my business😠👎✌

Every time I go in this store that one African is always rude. Most of the employees are nice. Its just that one guy. The food is only fresh early in the day and the prices are incredibly high. I cant give a higher rating because of the service among other things. Dont recommend this place at all.

Holy fried chicken! My hubby thought I was nuts wanting to try chicken from a gas station but we are both hooked. Every time consistently amazing quality. We have tried the tenders, popcorn chicken, flounder, wedges and chicken breast everything has been great!

This Store has potential to be better, but they really have to police the bums hanging out in front. I went to this Store tonight 02/20/2019 at approximately 8:00pm; I accidentally left My door unlocked and after leaving the store I reached for My wallet front the center console and to My surprise My money was removed from My wallet. I was sidetracked and forgot to lock My door and I paid for it. I just dont have this problem at other places where no bums are hanging around.

If youre looking for a good meal for your money, Pantry shop # 2 is the place to go. this particular location has a very friendly staff and you can order whatever you want for a rediculously low price.plus they have the best taste ever of fried chicken in the town

I enjoy the boneless wings, tenders, and potato wedges. The young man who fixes the trays is very polite, even when theres a long line!

Chicken done right, great potato wedges, fair prices. This is a chicken joint in a gas station, no frills here...but good food at modest prices.

We were at the Dixie Classic Fair in Winston Salem last night and tried the chicken strips and potato wedges. They blew my mind. The chicken was plump, moist and de lici ous!! And the potato wedges were to die for! Thanks for being there!!
