First time visiting. Donuts are made after you order. The flavors are added at a station for dipping and toppings. Very soft when handed over so you probably need to let them set just a bit. Pumpkin Roll was good and I look forward to the Chocolate Iced.

Tasty donuts, friendly staff, and fun family environment. This isnt your typical donut shop where you can grab a bunch of already made donuts. They make them fresh throughout the day and hand dip them to order. Takes a bit longer but you can taste the difference. 😁

Shelby needs to learn proper customer service etiquette when taking orders and our money. No smile, no hello, no thank you, nothing. Very disappointing. We love your donuts, and the employee who made and served the donuts was excellent. We left her a tip in her tip jar.Perhaps, the upper management may have have not validated Shelby on her PR skills and capabilities.Thanks for the opportunity to vent.

Just a headed up before you go, they only serve vegan donuts on weekends. Delicious doughnuts. The staff here is really nice and willing to work with you. Shout out to manager Michael!

Truly amazing selection of donuts that cannot be compared to any others. Every bite of these donuts are a sweet delicacy that satisfies every sweet tooth. They even have one with BACON on it if your a bacon lover like me, it’s heaven. Staff is very friendly, attentive and quick to fulfill your order.

The donuts are good but the staff needs some work. One girl is wearing flip flops and texting. Another one keeps adjusting her pants and shirt. The other is just standing and staring. I am highly unimpressed with the staff

The combinations are exhaustive and its extremely hard to pick just one to go with. These are printed on your receipt for matching names to donuts.Yes I nibbled each one and any of these will hit someone right. My favorites were Smores, Cookies/Cream, and Blueberry Crumble. Damn good.Service was quick and the dude who packaged my dozen made sure I knew what each one was in the box. The menus at the register are helpful to sorting through all of the options. Very lovely people came here from Chicago and I’ve never EVER had donuts like these... this changes the game. Forever. I hate donuts but now, i think I found the place. Crispy soft warm donuts, whatever toppings you want? Made right in front of you AND good coffee? This combo is hard to come by!

Yuck Donuts. They are the most mass marketed tasting donut I have ever had. Its clear from the weird yellow color and holey spongy texture that they are using a mix. A bad mix. And I think theyre even less good than 5-day-old Sweet Sixteen donuts. What a weird surprise. (They were good when they first started, but like a lot of things, when they go big, they go ug.)

This one was interesting, this was a donut shop like I have never seen, I went in thinking that I would see an assortment of donuts to choose from but to my surprise I didnt see any, I came to find out that they made the donuts (whichever you chose to order) while you waited this was a totally different experience, and just so you know NO JELLY DONUTS, what type of donut shop doesnt have jelly donuts, from my earliest recollection there was jelly donuts, but the donuts I ordered actually werent bad at all, but the jury is still out, my vision of a donut shop is glazed,cream filled (Boston cream),bow ties, chocolate covered, and last but least JELLY

Great doughnuts that come out fresh and hot. Great customer service. There is plenty of parking and it is easy to see from the road. They can make the doughnuts pretty much anyway want it or order from there menu.

Best fresh donuts around! We grew up on only KK donuts, so I wont go so far as to say theyre better bc they honestly are two different kinds of donuts... But they are the best version of cake donuts there are. KK is in a class all of its own.

Excellent!!!! These are not your average donuts. Yes, they only make vanilla cake donuts but the delicious toppings and the fact that every one is hand made to order is what sets them apart from all the others.

The donuts are consistent, but the service and atmosphere were unwelcoming. The girls were short, rude, and we couldnt hear them over the loud music. We asked them to turn down the radio twice--the first time they ignored our request, the second time she huffed and rolled her eyes, then asked another associate to turn down the music. They turned it back up before we left.

Delicious! I love the unique flavors and the variety offered. They put a good amount of the toppings on there too so its not just the dough. I was expecting it to cost way more for a dozen, but it was only $16. I guess when your expectations are above, and it meets below, any number under it sounds good ;). Donuts are smaller than like a Dunkin Donuts, but a fair size nonetheless. Service was quick and to the point.

My wife and I had Duck Donuts for our wedding yesterday. A few months ago we went in and sat down with Aubrey and went over everything we wanted. She was amazing. The day before the wedding we called in and made quite a few last minute changes and they were amazing and helped get everything the way my wife was hoping for. The price for all the donuts and delivery was also super! Not only did we love the donuts but the guests did as well. My wife and I couldn’t have been happier to have them.10/10 for awesome donuts.10/10 for awesome customer service.10/10 for helping me gain 5 lbs.

I would have given them 5 stars but I witnessed a employee with his girlfriend walk behind the desk and help with the food without covering his hands with anything. I saw him walk around the desk and then got his girlfriend and his self a glass of water. I just thought that this was a weird moment. Other customers was watching the same thing I did wondering if this guy even worked there. I hope that their manager adresses this action with whoever he was. Not cool!

Just can get any better then Duck. I wouldnt their a Krispy Kreme to a dog. Run over and grab one if you havent tried them yet, you wont be disappointed. The staff is disappointed m always friendly and they were all wearing masks and gloves.

From the kind greeting to the timeliness and cleanliness of the store, you will have a wonderful experience here.

Very tasty Specialty donuts! Since their donuts are vanilla cake they are really light and easy to eat more than just one. Downside is no price variation. But will definitely be going here again for their amazing flavors. If youre a plain donuts and coffee person, best to stick with Krispy Kreme or Dunkin.

I always love walking into donut shops and looking at all the varieties in the cases. Duck donuts doesnt do it this way. Having said that, made-to-order donuts are certainly delicious. You pick your glaze, topping and drizzle, and there are plenty of options. I personally prefer the old- fashioned case filled store front, but this was a good experience.

Duck Donuts makes by far one of the best donuts in town. They are made fresh when you pick them up and are generously lathered with sweets and drizzle. All the employees inside seemed pretty happy and had good team work I noticed.

Its been almost 2 years since my autistic daughter has been able to enjoy her favorite donut spot.... we used to go weekly until she developed a gluten allergy. I posted to fb about how much she misses it and would love if they put a gluten free option on the menu.The response I got was more kind and thoughtful then I could have ever imagined!A GM from another store, Rebecca Eanes, reached out to me and offered a solution for my daughter to still be able to enjoy her favorite treat. She put in so much effort to contact the owners and set up an at home kit to where I can safely make these treats with her favorite toppings at home! My heart is filled with so much joy that she would go out of her way to be so kind. THANK YOU for hiring someone who not only represents your company in such a good light but is a genuine kind soul who clearly loves what she does! Thank you to you and your team and cant wait to enjoy our treats at home in a safe way!

Yesterday was my first time trying Duck Donuts. Id heard many positive things, and I was not disappointed! Fantastic donuts, donut selection, and service!
